Enjoy this two bedroom, two bathroom plus den unit in one of the best oceanfront condos in Ocean City, the Sea Watch, located in the north end of Ocean City on 115th St. The master has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has a double and twin bed. Our condo has 3 flat screen televisions with DIRECTV service. Amenities in this building have something for everyone including indoor and outdoor pools, game room as well as 3 lighted tennis courts and a basketball court, a playground, a sauna, an exercise room, on-site theater (free), and a sandwich/ice cream shop on the ground floor.

This nicely furnished condo is on the north side of the building with a view of the ocean from both the balcony & the master bedroom. The den and living room have double sleep sofas.

We offer a Linen & Towel Package at an additional cost or guests may choose to bring their own.

This condo is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week.

Weekly rentals are Saturday to Saturday.

Vacation at the Sea Watch

Gina was an excellent communicator throughout the whole booking process. The condo was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. We will be back!

Great location

This property is a perfect location for us. It’s so nice to just walk right out to the beach. Gina was very responsive to all my questions.

This is our second year staying here and had a great time. So easy to get to the beach. Wonderful view. We like being on the 2nd floor cause it is easy to take the stairs so don't have to aways wait for elevator. Amenities are great used the pools and playground everyday. Pool did get a bit to crowded at times.

Great location

Property amenities and location is great. Veiw is beautiful. We saw dolphins multiple times and a fireworks show from the balcony. I do wish that the need to bring sheets and towels was in the description. Stores and restaurants very close. Having washer and dryer was also convenient. Would definitely stay there again.

Great family fun

Clean and well located condo great for family fun. Coming in the off-season meant some amenities were not open however the privacy was great. Condo was spacious and comfy , easy communication with the host. Only complaint was limited toilet paper.

Great location!

The condo was perfect for our first time in Ocean City. The location was great, steps to the beach and many restaurants and shopping within walking distance or a short drive. Loved the unit location on a lower floor and with a great view of the ocean and basketball court ect area. The amenities in the building were nice to have in case of a rainy day, luckily we had perfect weather. Having chairs and boogie boards in the unit were a huge plus along with the washer/dryer, makes packing so much easier!The master bath is a bit tight and lacking on water pressure but otherwise everything was great! We would definitely stay here again!

Great condo on the beach & plenty more

Hadn’t been to Ocean City MD in a long time. We booked this listing because it had two bedrooms and extra amenities in case the weather didn’t cooperate. The place had enough room for us and it was clean and conveniently located to local restaurants (the less turisty ones) and a Food Lion grocery store. The check-in experience was easy and the owner was very friendly and helpful. We would book this one again and again!

Lovely beach getaway

I stayed here with 2 of my children (ages 17 and 20) for an end of the academic year celebration. The weather was a bit cool and windy but we had a wonderful time. We loved the view of the ocean and having the beach so close. The condo was comfortable and clean. Check in/out very easy. The Sea Watch has many nice amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool, exercise room, ice cream shop, small movie theater - all of which we thoroughly enjoyed.

What a lovely condo!

I wanted to book a brief stay in Ocean City very late, and this property was somehow available. What a gem! Communication with the owner was fast and easy, and the condo itself was totally delightful. I already knew I loved the building and location, but my entire family was so happy with the condo that we would absolutely stay here again! Thank you so much, GG!

Our 2025 OC trip

The condo was nice, except only 1 bed (the king) was comfortable. The beds in the 2nd bedroom were horrible, didn’t sleep at all. The sofa bed springs and bar , so awful.It’s bad when you are on vacation and you don’t get any sleep. And the building- so noisy. People at all hours of the night yelling, fighting , bouncing basketball balls in the hallways.and broken, rusty furniture on the balcony. Will never stay there again.

Nice stay

Property was great! However, one shower started leaking into the unit below and it could not be used the second day. This was no ones fault, but just a bit inconvenient. Also, the beach chairs that were listed in the email sent by the owner were not there in the unit. Overall though, a great place and we would happily rent again.

I know not having that shower was an inconvenience & I am so sorry it happened, luckily it was repaired and usable in 24 hours. As far as the beach chairs, I wish you would've contacted me at the time. When I read your review I was shocked they weren't there because I bought them new for the season & I contacted the renters after you & they said the new beach chairs were in the laundry/storage room. For future renters I will be more specific in the email I send out & let them know the beach chairs are in the laundry room along with the umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. I hope the lack of chairs, did not deter your fun on the beach! We look forward to hosting you in the near future. Gina

What a location!

First of all, Gina is a really sweet and funny woman ! The communication was really easy and the informations were very clear. Let’s start with the boring negative sh*t, the floorings and the walls can use a little love, the housekeeping was not perfect (we found a random couple things unfolding the sofa beds, water bottle, face cream, clean sanitary products…), there were no toilet paper when we arrived (uhoh!) and only one small frying pan, but other than that it was freaking perfect. The location is AMAZING, it’s on the second floor so you can easily use the stairs if you prefer. There is a large balcony from which you can watch the children playing outside (basketball court, beach volleyball, pickleball, playground, etc.) and it’s seconds away from the beach. There were useful things available to us, like beach chairs, umbrellas, boogey boards, even a washing machine and a dryer. 10/10 Would recommand amazing spot

A lovely stay!

We were pleasantly surprised when we entered the unit. It’s much nicer than what you usually get in that area. The views are terrific and the terrace is lovely. Watched the sunrise and the waves every morning. It also looks over the tennis and pickle ball courts. We had a blast watching some games and we play ourselves. The unit is a nice size and the master bed was comfy. The master bath is a tight squeeze so we used the full bath. The kitchen is all new and beautifully done! We’ve been looking for a backsplash like that forever. Check in was seemless. As was checkout. We’d definitely go back!

Perfect Beach Condo

The The building or property is very nice and has a lot of great amenities. The condo itself was well decorated and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Plenty of space for our family of five. some very minor maintenance and cleaning issues which were brought to the managers attention and we did receive a prompt response. Would definitely stay here again.

A nice unit

This property looks like the pictures, there were no surprises in that regard. The cleaning crew had not done a fantastic job, however, Gina, the owner, was extremely responsive and rectified the situation. I'd stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

The Sea Watch complex is a great place to stay. Location is wonderful with lots of great amenities. Really enjoyed Sunfest and the beautiful weather. Condo was confortable, had a very relaxing getaway.

Clean, Convenient & Spacious

We loved this condo - it had everything we needed for a week at the beach with our young family. The unit was modern, clean and tastefully decorated. Favorites: 2nd story location made it easy to use stairs rather than wait for elevators during peak hours, on-site deli for quick meals and treats, king size bed in master bedroom, double and single bed in "kids room" - gave everyone space to rest comfortably, easy access to stores, quick entry to beach/pools, beautiful beach view, laundry, wifi, games/movies.....this unit was a dream!
