Birthday trip

Had a great time and loved the pool! Only thing is we thought it was a fully fenced in property for the dogs but outside of the pool gate it isnt, nice big yard with nice grass to still go walk around in

Beautiful stay for our honeymoon!

Everything about our stay was spectacular. So close to AMI which was perfect. This home was such a fun environment and the pool/hot tub was definitely a favorite. The piano was so gorgeous and got played every night. The home was super clean and just felt really good to be in. Will definitely make a trip back here asap!! Had the absolute best time of our life.

Home away from home

We had an absolute blast! This rental property has so much to offer. It’s the perfect location and distance from shopping and the beach. The local convenience store on the corner was a gem. We enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub during the colder December evenings! This place was super clean and had all the amenities we desired and more! Pet friendly, and we needed that, so that we could bring our little buddy with us. Perfect vacation. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful home away from home.

A 5* Vacation Rental in Palma Sola

Had a very enjoyable stay at this excellent property. Communication with the host (Stephan) was excellent both prior to our arrival and during the stay when we were made to feel valued customers. We have stayed at a number of rental properties in Florida and elsewhere in the USA over the years but have never had a cleaner, better prepared or well supplied property. Everything we needed was in good supply, including plenty of washing & dishwasher supplies which is unusual in our experience. Excellent cutlery provision as well as pots & pans etc. Can't think of anything we needed that wasn't available. There was plenty of room for the 3 of us to enjoy time together, but equally time apart when needed!!!! The pool and patio area was great for relaxation and we will certainly miss this. A decent looking BBQ was available together with a couple of bikes and scooters although we did not make use of these. We enjoyed the local neighbourhood and found it to be quiet and easy to access the delights of the surrounding area. The De Soto memorial to early Floridian exploration is just over a mile away and provided a peaceful and interesting place to visit. The many delights of Anna Maria Island are within an easy 15 minute drive and there are restaurants and stores aplenty within very easy reach of the property. When we return to the Bradenton area, this is where we will stay and we have no hesitation in giving it a 5* rating and a very strong recommendation.

Easter break

We definitely enjoyed our stay, the house was beautiful and location was great. I would suggest a railing to get in/out of pool as we had our mom was with us. Also last evening the spa was not working.

Thank you Kathleen, we enjoyed hosting you. The design of the pool is borderless so a ramp was not planned by the original designer for aesthetic reason. There is a shallow end to get in and get out for elderly guest. The breaker to the jacuzzi pump had tripped off so the heater couldn't turn on for your last night. Thank you for letting us know and this was fixed the next day by our pool service company which replaced the part. Hope to see you soon again at our property.

Great pool days

In general the home was very good and clean , great location. Some things however could be improved. Pool cage is being addressed, but the rips let in bugs. The toilets are old, outdated and noisy especially at night. The grill needs replacing as the rear burner is shot and it uses all the gas for an uneven cooking surface. Kitchen cabinets are delaminating, but work well. The rear yard lights were fixed twice, but never came on. The ceing fan in the master bedroom never worked. The biggest issue we had was not being able to use the garage , during a period where the trees shed the most, March. Storing the sandy beach chairs and umbrellas in the front hall does not work. Having said all that the property manager was very responsive and excellent. All request were dealt with in a timely manner. Would only stay there again if the garage was available. Thanks Marc

Hi Rich, it was a pleasure hosting you. The garage is noted in the adverts as not available for guest as the owner stores his personal belongings there. There is plenty of car park on the drive way with places for 4 vehicles. There is a big covered lanai and a mud/laundry room where guests store the beach chairs, cooler and umbrellas. Toilets have been replaced with new ones and a brand new Weber BBQ is also in service as those are high wear items and unfortunately you came at the end of the season before we close off for repair and maintenance. We are nonetheless appreciative of your candid feedback which helps us improve our service and hope to host you again soon..

Perfect mini vacation

We enjoyed everything about this home. The only thing that we would suggest is fixing the second bathroom shower head. Also, it was missing a blender! I would highly recommend this home and plan on renting it again.

Our 5th snowbird trip using VRBO...

By far our best VRBO home/experience so far. The house is spacious and spotless. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen and laundry are extremely well equipped. The (heated) pool, hot tub and patio, all under a tropical lanai, are FABULOUS. The Weber gas grill and 2 up-to-date bikes are a huge plus. There's an abundance of great restaurants and shops nearby, and it's an easy, short drive to multiple beaches on AMI. Above all, Stephan was immediately responsive to any questions we had. We like to move around to different parts of Florida each year, but if and when we return to the Bradentown/AMI area, it will definitely be to this property!

Little paradise

Amazing Vacation

We had a fabulous & relaxing vacation. The house was so nice & clean. The pool is absolutely beautiful & we loved spending time there. The location is great & so close to Anna Maria Island with so many fun restaurants & beaches. Great host & great home, we would love to come back.

Amazing

We first got to the house it was beautiful from the outside and we walked in the home it was so clean and bright loved the piano and it was great spacing in the kitchen to living room and outside was wonderful loved the pool and spa area and it was a great experience staying at this home.

Great place to stay.

Great home close to the beaches and Annan Marie Island. The home is very clean and comfortable. It is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was a great place to stay for a Florida get away.
