If you're a golfer, you can hit the links at the Moab Golf Club three miles northeast. It was a great location not too far from town. The garage was great to keep our bikes safe. The couch was perfect for when we wanted to recline and watch movies. Would book again.

Didn’t get to use the pool, too cold. Overall we have a pleasant stay. The house supply is well stocked. Beautiful mountain ranges view. Be ware of the dark street at night but in turn it provides beautiful night sky.

This place was terrible with ants. We had to throw away tons of our food and they were in our cloths. Ants were in every room of this house. It was terrible.

House was fairly clean, and rooms were pleasant. Location is quiet but close to Moab center. The dryer did not work very effectively, and the propane grill was a bit weak, but the overall experience was very good.

Our only issues were reoccurring ants which Vacasa addressed by sending someone over with bug spray/ant traps. Some linens left in dryer.

Great home and location

The beds and pillows were very comfy. The home is very comfy and quiet. We will be staying here again. The couch was excellent for visiting. The kitchen is well stocked. There are coffee filters if you bring coffee.

Great home, great location, needed better cleaning

The home and location was fantastic. Most of the house was clean. The only issue we had was everything in the kitchen was dirty. All the plates, bowls, mugs, pots, pans, utensiles, etc. required cleaning before use. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Quick trip

Place was tidy. Plenty of space. Would personally like a deep clean. Was still comfortable. Would consider staying here again if there was confirmation of maintenance to the dishwasher and we brought our own pillows.

Quick stop over in Moab

Overall the property was good. It was a little warm when we arrived but when we finally was able to touch base with the owner he had to adjust it remotely. It definitely needs some updating to include new linens and kitchen wear as everything definitely showed wear.

The furnace cycled constantly and overheated the house even with the thermostat turned down to lowest setting. The dishwasher needs to be cleaned, it doesn't clean the dishes. There is an ant problem in the house, we had to store all our food in the refrigerator due to the ants. There are traps all over the house but they're not doing much to keep the ants under control.

Great location

This home was in a nice quiet location with plenty of trailer parking and a full two car garage. Clean and well stocked. Only thing that could use an upgrade was the tv. Most don’t come to the area to watch tv but we missed it in the evenings. Not a smart tv and you could cast to the tv or use the bluedisc device to login to your own accounts but the internet was too slow to support either most of the time. Other than that, everything was perfect! Would definitely stay again.

Nice little house but is showing its age. Not super clean, and tons of bugs.

I've stayed in about a dozen condo properties in the Moab area and this one was towards the bottom. The property is showing its age as some lights didn't work, the oven didn't heat properly, there was no toaster, and there were a ton of ants and ant traps. It hasn't had a deep clean in a long time and could use some work.

Good but not great

The house was clean and mostly ready for us when we checked in. There was no toilet paper provided and all of the comforters for the bed were located on top of the washing machine and were not clean. The cooking utensils were lacking but plates, cups, and silverware were all there. The house had some maintenance issues that they will hopefully take care of. It had snowed while we were there and once it started melting water came in through the HVAC vents and ceiling due to missing shingles on the roof. Over all the house is in a good location and the check out process was easy.

In desperate need of updates and attention

This place has an ant infestation and we ended up having to throw out some of our food. The dryer is not heating properly and clothes needed 3 cycles of drying before dry. Beds are lumpy, need updated. No real TV options. Dishwasher only rinses, door to soap dispenser not opening. Refrigerator leaking water on the floor. Code to pool wrong in house folder x 2, called property manager and got a 3rd wrong one and then finally got the 4th code that was correct for the pool code. Shingles missing on the roof. Backyard definitely doesn’t look like the photos. Umbrella to patio table no longer has any fabric on it and some of the spines are broken off and on the ground, furniture cushions all over the yard, decorative lights broken and hanging.

Moab is awesome - the house is just “ok”

The location is a bit far from town but we knew that. It’s a good little community which mostly rents to the off-road crowd (garage is key). This suited our needs. The community pool is great. Ultimately this house met our basic needs and didn’t detract from our stay. However it didn’t add to the overall experience either. It’s getting VERY tired from continuous renting. Deficiencies included: oven door that fell apart when opened, dishwasher that appears to work but doesn’t actually clean anything, lighting that is either broken or missing (compared to photos), badly rusted out BBQ, poorly equipped kitchen, both bathroom sinks plugged with hair, TV’s not connected to anything (except a bluray dvd player but no dvd’s). There’s more but I don’t want to nitpick. We understand that things can get overlooked when renting a unit week after week but this unit just comes across as “tired”. No idea how this unit received a +4 rating. The good news is if there’s anything urgent to attend to, the property manager (Vacasa) is responsive. We weren’t about to give them a list of deficiencies during our stay since we were always dirt biking but I did tell them about the oven and they were willing to fix it asap. It wouldn’t take much effort to get this place back to +4 rating but something needs to change. And no smartTV, cableTV or anything in this day and age is just being cheap. It does indicate that in the list of features but it’s easy to miss.

Dave, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, we're glad that our home's location served you well! That said, we apologize for the areas you felt in need of some TLC and have shared your comments with the local manager. They assured us that a brand new oven has been installed and the couch and a queen bed have been replaced. The TV has Roku installed now so it works great and the team is working on replacing the BBQ, although the current one at the home still works fine. Additionally, the dryer has been repaired and the drain has been addressed. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again soon.
