Housing
It is a studio renovated in August 2015, of 18m2, on the ground floor of a two-story house, from the 19th century, in the highly picturesque and atypical district of the Winter City. (Arcachon is the city of the four seasons).
You can park in the neighborhood.
The sleeping (sofa bed) is of excellent quality, there is an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. Sheets, towels and washcloths, and tea towel are provided.
The studio opens onto a large 46 m2 terrace surrounded by planted and flowered areas depending on the time of year. A barbecue is available, as well as outdoor furniture, table, chairs and deckchairs.
The house is 300m from Notre Dame Basilica, you can hear the bells rhythm the day gently, and the Belvedere which overlooks the city. At 500m you will find the Moorish Park and a trade corner (grocery store, tobacconist, pharmacy) towards the pier of the chapel.
The center is 800m away with its market and the station at 1200m as well as the tourist office.
On the basin, the nearest beach is 400m and the famous large Pereire beach, due west, with sumptuous sunsets, at 1300m.
The Dune du Pyla is 13 km away and by the ocean, the beach of Petit Nice and that of the Lagoon are respectively 18 and 19 km away.

For a reservation for an isolated night, the price will be increased by 3 euros.
