Just walking distance to Symphony Park and Southpark Mall. Neighborhood access to the Greenway and miles of bike trails. Great places to eat/drink all around. Sit in the swing & watch the birds & squirrels play in Brier Creek in the back, or have breakfast beneath the covered deck . Private entrance & closed off from the main house. Queen bedroom, attached bath, living room, & laundry access (on request). Play shuffleboard, play a board game, or watch Amazon Prime on the comfy couch by the fireplace. Full blowup mattress available on request. Small frig/freezer, sink, microwave, coffeemaker, etc. Full bathroom opens up to the private bedroom and to the main living area. Full laundry room for you to use on request.

Full finished basement with a walk out covered patio where you can enjoy grilling out while you overlook Brier Creek. This is a 2-story house. We live upstairs and have closed in a completely separated space for your privacy. Please note that you might hear us jostling around or coming in/out of the garage.

The back yard is always in bloom and beautiful. Very peaceful setting. Please feel free to wash and dry your clothes in our laundry room upon request. You can request for me to light up the gas fireplace and play board games on the big coffee table or watch a movie on Amazon Prime. Good WiFi signal. NEW - fire pit!!

You will be able to access the full basement with your own key. Entrance is in the back of the house. You can park out front and walk down the driveway (pretty steep!) around back (gate is open), or pull around back to park under the deck at the basement entrance. Please don’t park behind the garage. Careful if pulling around as the gate entrance is narrow. Also, careful pulling in and out of the driveway as there is a pretty big dropoff...just go slow. The door to access upstairs is locked.

I will leave directions for you to access the keys, and will give you the contact info for the person that will be managing the listing for me.

Please let me know if you need the full blowup mattress, cornhole set, or fireplace pilot lit. Amazon Prime available on Firestick. Fire extinguisher is located under the bathroom sink.

Double cul-de-sac street, quiet neighborhood, that backs up to Brier Creek. Neighbors are friendly and sociable, and everyone walks their dogs in the neighborhood.

There are 2 keys in the lockbox- please leave one in there for emergencies. Please jumble the numbers after closing the lockbox.
