Moose Peak is a luxury townhome located in the exclusive Stonewood neighborhood, ready to host your ultimate Steamboat Springs vacation. Located right off Mount Werner Circle, you can take a short walk to the ski area or use the on-call shuttle during the ski season. The main living area, half a floor below the front entry and heated garage, has vaulted ceilings, a stone fireplace, a large high def TV and views of Emerald Mountain across the Yampa Valley. The open floor plan connects to a large, fully equipped custom kitchen and dining room with seating for 8 plus seating at the bar. There's a balcony off the living area with lounge seating for Emerald Mountain views, plus a Weber grill for barbecuing. Moose Peak has air conditioning for those hot summer days in Steamboat Springs.

Recover from your busy days in the mountains in Moose Peak's luxurious bedrooms, all equipped with super comfortable beds, pillows and blackout curtains for a great night sleep. The primary bedroom suite, on the upper most level, has a king sized bed, en suite bathroom, large high def TV and an office nook right outside the door. The second primary suite, half a floor above the front entry, is a spacious bedroom with two queen beds, a gas fireplace, and an amazing en suite bathroom with a sunken, soaker tub. A half a floor down from the main living area you have the full sized laundry room. One more half story down is the large bonus room with two huge sofas, large high def TV, door to the ground floor deck and a full bathroom. There are plenty of games and toys for those young and old to enjoy. The ground floor also has a king bedroom with access to the ground floor deck, plus another full bathroom right outside of this bedroom.

Whether you come to Steamboat Springs to ski, hike, fish, plein air paint, inhale the mountain air, take a road and gravel bike ride or take advantage of our extensive mountain bike trail network, Moose Peak is the spot for your Steamboat Springs vacation.

Moose Peak is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. Four Seasons Steamboat manages this Steamboat vacation rental on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.
