3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Apartment Near Colonial Williamsburg & Busch Gardens

This second and third-floor apartment resides above a Williamsburg premier landscape company and is only 1.5 miles from Busch Gardens or Colonial Williamsburg.
There is a private entrance via an exterior enclosed stairwell. The entryway is large and welcoming. On the second (main) floor, there is a master bedroom with an ensuite, living room, dining room, and kitchen. The kitchen is large and well-stocked. The door to the third floor is located just inside the entrance to the kitchen. The third floor includes two bedrooms, each with 2 twin beds. The "Hot Air Balloon" room has twin XL beds that can be pushed together for king-size accommodations. There is a full bathroom (shower) and a reading/gaming/sitting area between the two rooms. The apartment has everything you could need to enjoy your stay. From coffees and a full complement of spices in the kitchen to shampoo, cream rinse, and body soap in the bathrooms.
There is a large TV in the living room and the 2 bedrooms upstairs each have a ROKU-ready TV. High-speed Internet is provided so you can use YOUR own Netflix, Hulu, or other entertainment account to watch TV or work on your computer.
**** This is a large apartment. This listing price is for 2 guests. There is an additional charge of $20 in season, $15 out season, per guest per night for each guest after 2.
The parking and entrance area are under 24-hour surveillance. We operate with an electronic keypad and you will receive an email to the account listed by VRBO, from a company named Aurmur. Please look out for it as it has your door code to enter. The code activates at approximately 1:30 pm on the day of your stay.
This is a landscape construction business and has trucks rolling in and out twice a day.
Guests are limited to 2 vehicles unless pre-approval is granted and may have an upcharge.
