Ethan House Killarney provides quality self catering guest accommodation close to Killarney on a large 2 acre site with mature gardens & magnificent views of the surrounding mountains.

The house is divided internally into separate suites/apartments as follows with standard occupancy being 16 guests

The location is ideal for both a quiet, relaxing break away from it all, or an activity holiday with several famous golf courses nearby as well as options for angling, fly fishing, hill walking, cycling, canoeing, horse-riding and orienteering.
Within just a five-minute drive, enjoy Killarney town with the vibrant atmosphere of it's many restaurants and listen to Traditional Irish Music played in many of the bars! Or take in a show at the INEC (Ireland’s National Event Centre) which is just 2km away.


The 3 self contained suites are ideal for large groups or extended families of up to 16 persons (plus up to 3 babies or toddlers under 2 years free of charge - cots are provided). Guests can enjoy the company of their fellow travel companions , yet they have their own space to relax and unwind.

- The listed price is based on 16 people.
- No parties or excessive noise permitted (we are in a quiet neighbourhood)
- Lead guest must be at least 30 years of age and be present at check-in.

can offer a discounted price based on your requirements.

- For larger groups >16.
Additional accommodation units are available at the property location (subject to

All suites are bright, airy and spacious and are decorated to a high standard throughout. Each suite has everything you need, comfortable beds, modern decor, private bathrooms, and each are equipped with own kitchens, living and dining areas.


Below is some information on each of the suites:

The Ethan Suite is a large unit on the ground floor that can accommodate up to 8 guests. The accommodation consists of 3 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge and a bright south-facing larger that normal kitchen with dining area overlooking the garden.
Sleeping Arrangements:
>Bedroom 1: King-size bed and Single bed
>Bedroom 2: King-size bed and Single bed
>Bedroom 3: King-size bed and baby cot


The Mangerton suite is also on the first floor and approx 80 meters squared. The suite sleeps up to 4 guests, contains a private bathroom, one double bed, 2 single beds, and a bright open plan kitchen/dining area with lounge.
Sleeping Arrangements:
>Bedroom: Double Bed and 2 Single Beds


The Torc suite is on the first floor and approx 80 meters squared. The suite sleeps up to 4 guests & baby, contains a private bathroom, one king bed, 2 single beds, a baby cot and a bright open plan kitchen/dining area with lounge.
Sleeping Arrangements:
>Bedroom: Kingsize Bed, Single Bed & Baby cot
>Common Area: Single Bed
