The spacious master suite looks out the back of the house, with forest views and a private sliding door out to the large deck with hot tub. Downstairs you will find three additional bedrooms with ample sleeping space. The junior master suite has a twin daybed and twin trundle bed, and the two bunk rooms share a large bathroom. In addition to multiple ways to access the outdoor living space from the main level, one of the downstairs bunk rooms also has a door that allows access to both decks!

The fifth bedroom has its own separate entrance, with a queen bed, full bathroom, TV, and lofted area - enjoy the privacy of an in-law unit while also being located just a few steps from the main home to enjoy use of the living room and kitchen. This cozy Northstar residence is perfect for entertaining friends and family or retreating after an exhilarating Tahoe adventure!

With access to the NPOA Rec Center guests may enjoy use of this facility which includes two year-round pools, a hot tub, a large fitness facility, locker rooms, a game room for the kids and lounge area for the adults. Outside you will have access to Bocce, tennis and basket ball courts (open seasonally). In the winter, use the dial-a-ride shuttle service to get to and from the Northstar Village!

POLICIES & DISCLOSURES:
- Renters are responsible to follow Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.
- The maximum occupancy of this residence is limited to 12 adults plus 2 children under the age of 12. Groups that exceed this maximum occupancy limit will not be accepted.
- A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed. A pet fee of $50/night will be charged for up to 2 dogs. No cats or other pets permitted.
- The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the driveway plus 2 in the garage. Parking on the street is not permitted.
- Access to the NPOA is $10.00 per person, per visit.
- Note, this residence does not have A/C.
- Renter will be required to sign a rental agreement with Tahoe Exclusive Vacation Rentals upon booking
