Featuring tile floors throughout and a private balcony accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, this property invites you to soak in the stunning surroundings. The large Master suite boasts captivating water views, a comfortable King bed, and a private bath. The second bedroom features two Twin beds and has access to its own bath as well. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living area includes a queen-size sleeper sofa. Plus, a full-sized washer and dryer ensure your beach towels are fresh for the next sunny day.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything the chef in the family would need to prepare a gourmet meal at the beach, making dining-in a delightful experience.

Beachside One sits directly on the beach, just steps away along the beach boardwalk. The building offers guests free WiFi, a fitness center, and a seasonally-heated pool and hot tub, providing endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation.

We can grocery shop and eat out by golf chart. Or spend the day at the beach and grill and swim in the pool. It’s never long enough no matter how long we stay!

Everything about it was great! Clean, comfortable, great location, golf cart included was a bonus! The only thing I can think of that wasn’t in the best shape was the golf cart. It had a loud rattle sometimes, but it did not bother us. Thankful we found this place and was able to book this trip with my family before school starts back. We made such sweet memories here last week!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are a lot of options in Destin, and we think Sandestin is the best balance of upscale while not being too stuffy. The location on the beach was perfect. If you've never been here before note that you can't really walk from building to building. Each one is individually gated. Also be aware that you'll need to rent chairs as this unit doesn't have them. The condo itself was very nice, though showing its age with some worn surfaces in the bedrooms and bathrooms. It's a beach condo though, so met our expectations. Very clean.The golf cart was great but a little hard to find. it was more of a combo grey/beige depending on how the light hit it, and we were never 100% sure we had the right cart. Would be great if they listed the permit number or parking spot in the condo so you could be sure you had the right one. We weren't sure if they'd let us drive the cart throughout the entire Sandestin resort but they're happy to let you through any gate on property while on the cart.Expect cold ocean water for March spring break in Destin, though the pool is heated!We look forward to staying here again!

The beds were comfy! Plenty of pots and pans for cooking thanksgiving dinner. We loved it and can’t wait to go back.If I could make one suggestion it would be get some recliners in the living room but then I really would not want to leave.

Perfect getaway!

Much needed couples getaway after a very hectic year. We couldn’t have asked for more out of the Beachside One condo. The amenities were perfect, the pool, hot tub, outside lounge area and proximity to the beach, were enjoyed it all. We will for sure be looking to stay at this condo in the future.

We love this resort and have stayed here 4 times now.

Reviewer Comments: Our condo in beachside one number 4063 was absolutely amazing.Breathtaking views of the ocean, no better way to wake up in the morning than to look out you huge windows of the bedroom at the ocean waves rolling in. Watching the beautiful sunsets from the balcony in the evening just can’t be beat. The condo was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing vacation for my wife and I, the property was beautiful, pool and hot tub and entire patio aera was the best of any condo unit we have ever stayed in. We will definitely stay here again, AARON and the staff at platinum vacations went above and beyond to make this vacation amazing. I highly recommend this condo, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give it a tryThe outlet mall near by is a great choice for shoppers and so many great restaurants. I highly recommend McGuire’s Irish pub, Grimaldi’s brick oven pizza, and for a tasty treat try kilwins in destin commons shopping district.

Great Family Vacation !

Perfect beach getaway! Our second time Staying at this exact same condo, it’s great clean and convenient with the beautiful beach views! Golf cart is great as well, you won’t be disappointed! Highly recommend!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience at 4063 Beachside One! Comfortable beds, great golf cart, very clean, kitchen well stocked with equipment. Only two small issues, the garbage disposal in the kitchen sink didn’t work so even though we were careful not to put any food down it, after a while the sink became very slow to drain. Also, if you plan to cook in the kitchen, you may want to bring a cookie sheet and hot pads with you, those were the only things we wished we had and didn’t. The location of this unit is great! View is awesome! My kids enjoyed the mini golf course that was nearby. Golf cart was my husbands favorite part! It was fun to drive it to shops, restaurants and the grocery store!

Breathtaking view!!!!

First time at Sandestin. Could not have asked for a better experience. The view at this condo is amazing. The only complaint I have is the twin beds were very uncomfortable. I know that has been issue from other guests. Other than that we couldnt have picked a better condo for our vacation.

very nice property..pictures are accurate..views from balcony were spectacular..

had a wonderful time with my sister and elderly parents...very convenient location and not as congested as center of Destin..management was helpful and property was very secure with gated access at all entrances..Condo pictures were exactly as seen..beautiful view of gulf.. large kitchen..Masterbath shower could use some inside handrails since floor of shower was slippery..Golf cart worked fine ..just beware if used after a rain that the backseat cushion will be wet under the vinyl cover and will cause wetness and large dirty water stains on pants if light colored..recommend taking a towel to sit on for back seat...Other than that we had a great time and wud recommend this 6th floor condo

Enjoyed out stay

Two grandparents with 2 teenage grandchildren stayed a week at the property. We all enjoyed our stay. Room was adequate size with a beautiful view of ocean. The golf cart was a plus with the only detriment was that the 2 back seats had accumulated water in the cushions so that when they were sat upon a stain was on your clothing.

Decent spot

This listing was one of the last available in April when we booked for the 4th. I was glad to find it and this building is one of our usual spots. Nicely decorated, some damages that could use repair like the cabinet in the 2nd bath and the water damage under the sinks in master. Also, some new linens. Sheets on master bed had old blood stains. Unit was nice over all

Will not stay here again.

The only reason I chose this condo was because of the golf cart. We were too embarrassed to drive to thing around. it was filthy and the seats were ripped ex posing the foam that smelled due to not having it covered. The couch in the condo was filthy. The shower was very dated and in the guest bath part go the cabinet looked rotted. I wig=sh that I could post the pictures that I took.

Unfortunately the golf cart that was included in the rental was in terrible condition and not fit for 4 adults to ride around in. The golf cart was the reason we chose this unit over another one that was as good a location but cheaper. Condo is a little worn out with closet doors that didnt close, uncomfortable mattresses etc.

The golf cart really added to the fun of the trip.

The condo had a great variety of tools to cook with. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful. The beach by our condo was maintained really well. I would stay again.

Great View, Great Location, BAD beds 😫

The location and condo were AMAZING! However the beds were insanely uncomfortable. The couch pull out was not sleep able, the mattress was so thin you were basically sleeping on the rods. All the other beds were rock hard as well. Overall it was a great place, but be prepared for painful and restless nights 😫

Nice Condo/Great Locations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed in this unit early June 2021 with two girlfriends on a Mom's GetAway. I would highly recommend booking through Platinum- they are really great to work with. Specifically, somebody always answered my emails with random questions within a matter of hours, and with the exception of Sunday, somebody answered the phone the couple of times we needed to call during the trip. Also, the Platinum app is incredibly user friendly. Positives: clean; great management; easy walk to: beach, the main Hilton hotel (get a steak at Seagar's) and the Beach House restaurant; shuttle to Baytown Wharf Village just across the highway (where there are tons of things to do); old golf cart, which is on its last leg, but can easily get you to the grocery and liquor stores and/or the Village. Cons: no pool (under construction); golf cart brakes and steering are shot, and somebody "borrowed" our cart one night because some of the keys are apparently universal (so- keep track of where you park it and let management know if you do not find it in the proper place so you are not stuck with any potential damage from joy riders)- Platinum was very understanding when this happened to us; BIGGEST CON- the master bedroom mattress is like a rock. I saw earlier reviews about this and thought "How bad can it be?" It's bad- LOL. If you're driving, pack a foam mattress maybe? The twin bed mattresses are fine. The master bedroom is also very bright in the morning and construction on the pool area starts early (like 7am), so an eye mask and ear plugs is also a must have for that bedroom.
