This 3 bedroom, 1 and 3/4 bath ranch is a historic Sedona home built by master builder, Bill Herrick, who designed Tlaquepaque in Sedona. Stunning views of Thunder mountain, Chimney Rock, Doe Mesa and Cockscomb off of the back paver patio. The home sleep 6 in beds and we have a cot + 2 very comfortable couches for additional people. Relax and enjoy a beverage while watching the sunset. Also, you may see hot air balloons off the back porch in the early morning. Our property is a private, tranquil, park like setting of .69 acres. The property is no smoking inside and outside please. Arizona has high wildfire danger and I wish to protect the community and my home. We also have full laundry facilities, plus an extra shower and toilet in the laundry areas. If you are looking for gorgeous red rock views in a peaceful, tranquil setting, our home may be the perfect place!

Amazing Sedona

Perfect setting, quiet street -near everything. Beautiful home, comfortable, everything you would need. AND spectacular view from back patio. Would highly highly recommend.

Perfect property!

This lovely home has it all! Everything you need is right there. The beds were so comfy, the location is perfect and the views!! We would come back and stay without a doubt.

Fabulous place with View

What a fantastic place!!!! And what a view!!! We stayed with our 2 and 3 year old sons. We loved roasting marshmallows on the back porch in the chiminea watching the breath taking sunsets. We ate breakfast with the beautiful view. The place was clean. Nancy and Sandy are so nice and responsive. We will definitely going to be returning!

Gorgeous views in a quiet neighborhood

Our family of 4 plus 2 fur babies enjoyed our stay at this Sedona property with fabulous views. The house was clean and the beds were super comfy. The location was great - close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and biking. We enjoyed the sunsets from the back porch and early morning coffee watching the hot air balloons in the distance. We even had morning visits from some Javelinas! Sandy the property manager was very responsive and available for any questions we had. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends!

Awesome !

This beautiful home was absolutely perfect for us. We took a trip to escape north east winter and do some mountain biking. The home was super super comfortable, clean and as inviting as you could find. I am so grateful that we found this place. The owners are wonderful and extremely responsive. I spoke with the owner and he was Super helpful. I will rent from them again. We will definitely be back. Thank you for providing your home so we could create incredible memories. Grab this place if you can!!

Great views, perfect location....

We just stayed here with my family. My mother, her sisters, my mother-in-law, and my wife. Plus our daughters joined us. The location was great. We really enjoyed the home. The view was fabulous, we spent time taking pictures at sunset!! My mom and her sister were in town from Florida. They loved it. It made the trip to Arizona great. The kitchen table was large enough for all of us and we spent the evenings cooking and playing some games. The seating outside was new and perfect for us to enjoy the sunset.

Great place!

My husband and I stayed here for a little less then a week. The house is very close to everything, even in walking distance to a nice hiking trail. The house was very clean and had wonderful views of the mountains and the sunsets. In the mornings, we did even get to see the hot air balloons. The host was very, very responsive and helpful! Nancy was the one who recommended the trail near by, we wouldn't have found it without her. It was a little less then a mile to get to the trail but the walk was worth it, parking lot is small and if you're hiking anyways, what's a little extra stroll just to get there and back! The grocery store is very close, we went to Basha's in the shopping plaza at the bottom of the hill, they have everything you need. Very good restaurants near by, strongly recommend Tortas De Fuego for some delicious breakfast burritos. This house really is close to everything, even the State Park was only about a 20 minute drive. If we go back to Sedona, we will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful back porch view

Clean, comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, heater kept us nice and warm, close to grocery store and owners were great. Walking distance to Sugar Loaf trail head. Sunset was beautiful from Sugar Loaf. We enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We Booked for the Views and They Didn't Disappoint

The views were amazing! The kitchen is well equipped and having a nice outdoor gas grill allowed us to make home cooked meals that we ate on the patio while enjoying those views. I would stay here again if I visit Sedon in the future.

Exactly what we wanted.

Beautiful location, beautiful views, easy access to trails and town. House is clean and everything works well. Not fancy, but comfortable. There is a great patio facing west. A nice place to relax and watch the sunset.

Sedona family adventure

The view is absolutely stunning. The house was welcoming and comfortable throughout our 4 days in Sedona. Location is convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and shopping. The host was very responsive and kind.

Great Place!

Property has a great location, which was walkable to hiking trails, close to downtown and national parks. It was very clean and Nancy, the host, was super nice and easily accessible. The backyard has an incredible view! Loved our stay in a really cute place!

PERFECT SEDONA STAY

This was the best location for my 2 week stay in Sedona. The house was beautiful, the views from the back porch spectacular, and the location perfect. It's in a very nice neighborhood with quick easy access to the main road and grocery store, restaurants etc There is a trailhead 0.5 miles away if you want to hike or mtn bike. The house itself is a lot larger inside than it looks in photos, has everything you need, comfy beds, plenty of cookware, new appliances (pics are outdated...brand new range!), and fast internet if you are remote working like I was. The owners are also super nice and incredibly responsive. I had an issue one night with the heat and they had a guy out ASAP to fix it, told me where the space heaters were, and voluntarily refunded me a bit for the hassle which was fantastic customer service. Plus they are just really nice and had good suggestions for the area. When I go back to Sedona i will absolutely stay here again. I even had a family of Javelinas visit one morning out back on their way to work!🤣

Spectacular View!

Aside from one bed needing new bedding the property was clean and well equipped. Lots of outside seating to enjoy the awe-inspiring view. Close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and other activities. Great spot for a relaxing girls weekend!

Great House with Beautiful View of the Redrocks!

Great house/experience for a trip to Sedona! Beautiful views from the house and the owner was very responsive to messages. We had an issue with the heat our first night and was fixed the next day. Really enjoyed staying at this house and would definitely book it again next time we visit Sedona!

Very nice home

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. Very clean and comfortable. Good location and most importantly the owners were very responsive. We had two questions during our stay and their response was immediate. I would definitely stay in this home in the future. Dave (Stayed in December 2021)

Perfect location, adorable home!

The location was absolutely perfect it was close enough to hikes and uptown Sedona without having to deal with all of the traffic and crowds. The actual home was amazingly clean and much cuter than it looks in pictures. The only knock was that the check out instructions online did not match what was printed out for us in the home. I would highly recommend anyone book this home for a Sedona trip.

Cant beat the views!

Great experience all around! The property owners were great with quick responses, the home was cute, clean, and comfortable, the views on the back patio were absolutely breathtaking, and we even got a visitor from a few 🦌. The only thing that was a little bothersome was the noise from the grocery store below with night deliveries.
