Charming house isolated in the vineyards, located 25 minutes north of Bordeaux (Unesco), 20 minutes from Blaye (Unesco / Bac), 30 minutes from St Emilion (Unesco), 1 hour from Royan (Bac), 1h15 from Arcachon and the dune of Pyla.
Quality services for a very pleasant stay in the middle of which you will be able to enjoy in peace the swimming pool and the outside jacuzzi.
Shaded and sheltered terrace with garden lounge and BBQ for family parties. Second south facing garden, fenced with shaded area.
Paved inner courtyard with second garden lounge and awning.

The Château has all the necessary comforts:

• 5 spacious rooms (12 beds), with names evoking local grape varieties each with its shower room or bath. Two baby umbrella beds (on request), and an extra bed, sheets provided. 8 WC.
• Other equipment: Washing machine, dryer, fridge, freezer, iron.
• Large open kitchen with bar with all the necessary equipment: Oven, dishwasher, cooking piano, microwave oven, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...
• Large dining room: with a large table for 12 people, complete crockery and a functional fireplace for friendly outbreaks.
• Large fully equipped living room.
• WIRELESS
• Bikes for walks in the vineyard.
A deposit (not cashed) of 1500 € will be requested upon your arrival, returned within 8 days after your departure after inventory.

The Château La Baronnerie also produces wines of very high quality, visit possible cellars and tasting.

What a great house for friends or a large family. Bedrooms all a good size and comfortable. And there is lots of space inside and outsideSome of the bathrooms are a bit dated but what a luxury for every room to be ensuite. It was all very clean and tidy. It is in a very quiet location and the nearest shop, bakery, bar is a 30 min walk away through the vineyard (just 5 mins by car)There are at least two working wineries within walking distance and we visited both. I’d hardly recommend them. The pool was lovely tooMarie-Helene was a great host and very responsive when we did need anything .

Beautiful chateau

We had a fanrastic stay in this gorgeous house. Plenty space inside and outside for our family group of 10. The pool was brilliant and much appreciated on the hot days. The hosts were very friendly and extremely helpful. Would love to return. Highly recommend.

Lovely Chateau

The pictures do not due it justice, a lovely house and surrounding gardens and pool. It's got everything and Marie couldn't have been more accommodating, hugely recommend, we'll be back.

Picturesque remote property

A beautiful property, set in a small village. It is very remote, ideal for a relaxing day and within easy driving reach for day trips. Marie was great to communicate with and gave recommendations for days out

Fabulous

We visited as 2 families and the house was absolutely perfect. One family in the main house, another in the wing. Masses of space, brilliantly equipped kitchen, great size pool and loads of outdoor space. Only wish we'd booked 2 weeks rather than just the 1.

Summer holiday

Excellent holiday destination for people of all ages - very relaxing and an interesting place in the middle of a vineyard. Lovely pool area. Need a car to access and to visit anywhere, including local shops.

Two weeks - Great stay

North wing 2 bedrooms (where family slept), South wing 3/4 bedrooms (where friends and family slept). Book Kristiene to cook dinner and take the night off, she is incredible, thanks to her, she made it a fantastic stay. 4 full dinners cooked, wish it had been more! Great location, great hosts. Thanks.

Beautiful property in a wonderful location with lovely hosts

The Chateau is a stunning property in a stunning location a few hundred metres from Cezac and only a couple of kilometres from Cavignac for all the usual amenities. The location really has to be seen to be believed with vineyards literally right outside the door. Cezac is a small sleepy village so the location is also very peaceful. The Chateau is beautifully furnished and was incredibly comfortable for our group of 12 with ages ranging from 1 to 86. The kitchen was well equipped with all you need to cater for a large group. Outdoors the covered seating area is lovely and very useful to get some shade during the really hot parts of the day. The pool is ideal for cooling off and having a bit of fun with the family. There are plenty pf toys and inflatables already there along with pumps to inflate them. There are multiple barbeques - the one cleverly made from an old water tank got the most use by us as we were a large group. Clothes washing was very well catered for with two washing machines, two driers and plenty of room to hang the washing outside. Bikes are provided and we made good use of them to cycle into Cavignac each day to get the croissants and bread from one of the three boulangeries and the younger members of the crew also used then to cycle to a bar in Cavignac once or twice. As for the hosts Marie and her husband, they couldn't have been better. In the first few days we had one or two very minor issues but they were there within minutes to sort them out. They were also very helpful on the last day of our stay when we had a bit of a medical emergency to deal with - nothing too serious but their help was greatly appreciated. All in all, this is a beautiful property to stay at in a wonderful location with lovely hosts. I cannot praise it enough. Very highly recommended.

Superb property conveniently located near Bordeaux

We based ourselves here for a Jeu de Paume tournament in Mérignac, Bordeaux. The Property is well appointed with 5-double en-suite rooms and kitchen & dining facilities were great for catering for 10 of us. Would definitely stay here again

Just what the doctor ordered

We were looking for a relaxed, isolated break after a stressful few months and the property more than delivered. It's a fantastic property, with a great pool in a secluded location - but easy to get to and vineyards to visit if you're so minded. We could easily have stayed for a month
