Charming and Spacious house in secluded Las Vegas neighborhood

Bright and open charming house with commanding mountain views in a quiet street with distant neighbors will give you the intimate space you need for your family gatherings and the space you want to fire up your team before a convention, a sport meet or work remotely.

As owners are embedded in the medical field please note that all linens and towels are always washed twice with very hot water and soap to insure no virus can survive. Beddings are sprayed with Lysol disinfectant as well as all hard surfaces (countertops, sinks, tubs, faucets, door handles, light switches etc...), and all soaps in the house are anti bacterial. The fact that there is no close proximity to other houses is a plus and baked goods are easily available.

The free, reliable and fast Wi-Fi can help our business guests with their projects (or entertainment choices) with plenty of laptop friendly spots and some nice team work spaces.
For families looking out for opportunities to bond, there are many games available for all ages and if you bring your video games you are welcome to use any of our already setup game consoles.

You will be able to self check-in with a keypad on a smart lock and enjoy the many services accessible on our smart TVs.

There is certainly pride of ownership in this lovely maintained house and it’s easy to feel that you have the comfortable place for common activities and the one for restful, personal ones with this floor plan (open throughout and with the sleeping quarters on the opposite side of the common areas). The whole neighborhood is composed of horse properties and ranch houses spread apart for this unique and rare blend of privacy in the raw. Even though the house is not in a gated community, you will be in a quiet environment yet still conveniently located to convenience stores (Albertson, Smith and Vons are all within 5 minutes drive), 40 or so eateries and restaurants, both a CVS and a Walgreens and many gas stations, etc. The access to the I-95 is straight forward and allow you to reach the Downtown or Convention Center (20-25 minutes) and the Strip (25-30 minutes) fairly easily (even the airport and the soon to be Raiders’ stadium is only 35 minutes drive away). The area is well covered by Uber and Lyft if you do not want to drive but know that you can park about 8-10 cars here and a few RV’s as well.

This spacious house (up to 11 beds are available and it is possible to expand some more if you just ask) is just an exit away to the access to Mount Charleston and the ski station of Lee Canyon. The sunsets and sunrises here are fabulous and if you are looking for a break while still staying in town, consider setting aside some quality time for a picnic or a fishing good time (licenses are cheap and easy to obtain at the Walmart that is just a few minutes out) at the wonderful oasis that is Floyd Lamb Park, just a couple of miles away. We are much closer to the discovery of natural wonders you find around town than you may think, so get your camera and gears ready to enjoy Red Rock Canyon National Park, Valley of Fire the oldest State Park in Nevada and of course Death Valley as we are located on the side of the entrance known as Death Valley Junction and the road leading to the ghost town of Rhyolite. Did we mention the incredible and nicely priced Las Vegas Paiute golf club or the Painted Desert Golf Club in proximity?
