A large bedroom sleeps two (one queen-size bed) and can accommodate a third (one single bed). There is also a shower room and a toilet. Electric heating and reversible air conditioning are provided.

In warmer weather, this gîte in Hauterive is ideal for enjoying the heated swimming pool, open from May to the end of September (5m x 10m, maximum depth 1.70m).
