We enjoyed our stay in Key Largo. Sally and Andrew did a great job letting us know in advance about their unit, and they gave helpful suggestions on where to visit during our stay. They were always available to assist. The state park was a great attraction and only a short drive away. Their unit was very clean and had all the essentials.

We had a lovely time. The condo/apartment was beautiful. It was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very helpful when needed. The only issue was the pool. Apparently the chiller was not working. I would highly recommend this condo as a wonderful place to stay.

Andrew was an absolute joy to work with. I wish all VRBO hosts were as attentive as he was. The pool was pristine and was just the right temperature. We had a great time. I will go back to Key Largo before I go back to Key West. The snorkeling was incredible too!

Super clean. Excellent location with short rides anywhere in the Keys. Short walk to a beach where you can watch both sunrise and sunset. Every utensil you need to cook is in the kitchen.Owner provided very helpful information. One of our favorite rentals.

We had such a wonderful stay - truly a hidden gem in the Keys. Check-in was seamless, and our hosts were incredibly thoughtful and organized, providing a detailed guide that made it easy to explore everything from Key Largo to Key West. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully appointed with everything we needed.What really stood out was how peaceful the property felt, even during the height of spring break. The beach was the perfect place to unwind with a book while my husband fished from the jetty, and the pool areas were never overcrowded.Weā€™re so grateful for the care and attention our Andrew and Sally put into every detail - it made our stay feel effortless and special. A truly lovely experience all around.

We had an amazing stay at this Key Largo condo. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean and wellā€‘maintained everything was. The kitchen was very well equipped and all of the beds were comfortable with lots of pillows to choose from. The community is a gem ā€” three sparkling pools, a beautiful calm lagoon perfect for snorkeling, tennis, and beautiful grounds. The location is ideal, close to fantastic restaurants, water activities, and everything fun in the area. It made exploring Key Largo incredibly easy. The gated security did their job well, but it was also such a smooth process with 0 hiccups. What truly set this stay apart, though, were the owners. They were thoughtful, responsive, and genuinely kind. Itā€™s clear they care deeply about their guestsā€™ experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Andrewā€™s art work is exceptional. The place was very nice, the host was very accommodating. The properties amenities were very nice. The salt water swimming pool was warm and relaxing. The boat ramp on premises was a plus and being able to keep and launch jet skis right there was a convenience not found at other properties. The gate security person, Sharon, is now a friend weā€™ll stay in touch with. Good memories were made there at Kawama!

Chatted with Costinela, the family loved our condo, but her criticism was that the beach had seaweed on it, so although she had a GREAT vacation, she could only give us 4 stars....ā€œYou can please some of the people all of the time, you can please all of the people some of the time, but you canā€™t please all of the people all of the timeā€.ā€

This is our first visit at Kawama, such a nice place. The unit was clean and comfortable with kitchen amenities. The communication with the owner was exceedingly helpful and tentative to our visit. They have gone the extra for information for your stay. Recommend this for your visit in Key Largo.

Key Largo Stay

The place was nice, the community was great, it had a couple of different pools and a nice lagoon to walk around. Andrew was very responsive and a great communicator. We would stay here again if we are ever back in Key Largo! Thanks for being a great host!

Wonderful and peaceful place away from the typical commotion!

The Boring Detail :
Our cleaner works to a check sheet inter rental, whilst all fixtures and fittings are monitored and we plan scheduled maintenance or replacement on everything from valves and faucets to major appliances on a structured basis.

All the main components, systems and appliances such as the A/C are on maintenance service contracts.
