NEW CONSTRUCTION-- Nestled in the mountains of Harbor Village lies the beautiful Bear Lake Urban Mountain Retreat. Relax as family and friends and spend time enjoying the views of Bear Lake’s crystal blue waters. It’s the perfect place for families who like to vacation in style. Our featured amenities include quality finishes, linens, and towels, fresh decor, gas fireplace, complete kitchen with appliances, hot water, BBQ, WiFi, washer and dryer, eight-person bullfrog spa, TVs, and Netflix. When you want to unplug we have foosball and indoor basketball fun shot, along with access to outdoor pools, basketball and tennis courts. There are two golf courses within minutes. For all your outdoor needs there is direct access to mountain ATV and snowmobiling trails, state marina, fishing, biking, and hiking/walking trails. Come stay with us, and enjoy everything Bear Lake has to offer.

Family Reunion

We had a large croud and this place was amazing. We enjoyed our stay and it was conveniently close to everything. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into this vacation home. Would stay here again.

We recently stayed at this property & it was great! Plenty of space, beautiful view of Bear Lake, hot tub, fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. Nestled in the mountainside of Garden City this property has all to offer that you could want.

Great vacation home

Our family was very impressed with this vacation home! It was clean, which is really important to us, and had lots of extras! It fit our family of 17 perfectly! We loved the hot tub and fire pit and how close it was to the marina! We are definitely planning to book with them again!!

Great property

We had an amazing stay. Everything was clean and tons of kitchen supplies. Very roomy and close to the marina. The views were unbelievable. We so enjoyed our stay. Melissa was great to respond to any questions.

What a view!

Cutest Cabin Getaway

We celebrated our New Year’s in this beautiful cabin and it was the BEST! Super clean, decorated adorably, had plenty of beds, plenty of cooking supplies, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! 10/10 :)

Great spot, great home.

The house is spacious, well laid-out, and the host has done a lot to make the property functional and inviting for short-term guests. Amazing view, loved the hot-tub for the cool evenings, and all the linens and towels were very good quality. Melissa was great to work with. Highly recommended.

Great place for large family gathering

We loved our stay at the house. Decor was great, beds were comfy! We had most everything we needed. We would have really appreciated another fridge for as many people that we had or at least an ice maker. Overall though, the house was lovely and we would definitely come back!

Beautiful Rental

This rental was top notch! As a family every year we take a annual trip so we are very familiar with Garden City/Bear Lake. The rental drew us in because of the hot tub and it definitely lived up to expectations. This rental was one of the best we have stayed at. The home was very clean and well stocked. This rental had plenty of cooking essentials where as some places we’ve chosen before have had the bear minimum. It made cooking a meal for a large family much easier. Melissa was very communicative and willing to help with any questions or concerns we may have had. She made the check in and check out process very easy. We would gladly stay at this rental again!

Wonderful retreat!

Melissa is a great host and has created a beautiful urban retreat with an AMAZING view of Bear Lake! The attention to detail in decor and amenities throughout the home did not go unnoticed. Good communication and we also appreciated the flexibility. Thank you to Jayson for his help as well. My family had a fun time playing foosball and basketball, hanging out in the awesome hot tub, and playing card games. We didn’t use the Harbor Village amenities, but I’m sure they’re a great bonus especially in warmer weather. Melissa gave us a great activity suggestion - we rented a surrey at the nearby Bike Barn, and our kids also had fun gemstone mining there. Good central location made it easy to visit North Beach and pick up a delicious meal with raspberry shakes at Zipz. This was a much-needed retreat for our family and a wonderful way to celebrate an anniversary!

New Home, Great View, Many Rules

We just finished our stay at this newly constructed home, it has beautiful finishings, and overall looks very nice. We began our stay by meeting Melissa the homeowner at the property, she was kind, but went through ever single room, room by room telling me all the rules... although we totally get treating a home with respect and like your own these rules felt a little insulting, like we weren't really wanted to stay in her home, but rather they really needed the money from the rental. Rules such as exactly what type of laundry detergent was ok to use, how to wipe the counters down, how we could load and unload coolers, no shoes, what towels could be used with the hot tub etc. I also found it very weird that they explicitly state no alcohol, we are not drinkers so it didn't matter to us, however I felt like that was overstepping on people's rights to vacation how they choose. I also understand not wanting damages to the home, however there is a deposit for this reason as well. Honestly being met at the home then told all the things we aren't allowed to do in the home really set the trip off on a negative note for our family getaway. It was a running joke about Rule # 23491 when something funny was done in the home, even though rules were complied with. This house I felt like was not stocked well with the basics, the homes says it sleeps 20, however I don't believe it has more than maybe a dozen towels to shower with making me, my son, and husband all share a towel for the weekend. They didn't have any large bowels for cutting up fruit like a watermelon or even making a big batch of pancake batter to feed a group of 20. We were also asked not to use certain beds unless we had to. Overall this home is nice, has a great view, however I don't feel like we would choose to stay at this home again based on the experience we had, and the lack of supplies and hospitality. I think it should also be noted that we were not told about any security cameras on the property, but did notice 3 at each entry way door, one that also looked out onto the hot tub.

Host is a rigid and unreasonable person.

The house is beautiful and the location is beautiful. Tons of amenities and nice fuzzy blankets and stuff. But, there are a ridiculous amount of rules. So the whole time i just felt anxiety over breaking one of the hundreds of rules. There's cameras everywhere outside which is kind of unsettling. And then when we went to check out, the host showed up at the door at 11 on the dot and was unreasonably rude about us still packing up. We took out all the trash, stripped the beds, sorted the towels by color, had the dishes all done and ran in the dishwasher and I was treated like I was scum for being fifteen minutes late because the host had the house booked for another family at 11:30 only giving herself 30 minutes to clean a huge home. Poor planning on her part obviously just being money hungry. Charging hundreds of dollars for a cleaning fee, and then expecting the house to be left in a condition that it would take only thirty minutes to have it guest ready, is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. pissed tha6 we were still loading up some stiff into the cars.

Great Place

This house was so great and perfect for our trip. The owner was very responsive and super easy to work with. The home is beautiful and has great views, a quiet neighborhood, and plenty of space. The home is very clean and neat. There is a large grocery store and gas stations within a 3 minute drive and it has great access to the Marina. I would definitely recommend this home and we will stay here again soon.
