Villalia Tahona with a large and well kept private outdoor area and private heated pool, offers you an unforgettable holiday in a perfect location to enjoy Lanzarote.



This villa is located at the foot of the volcano Montaña Roja in a very quiet and well located residential area.



This accommodation belongs to a very quiet, clean and well located residential area of Lanzarote. Located at the foot of the Montana Roja volcano. With a modern and comfortable decoration and a very well kept and equipped exterior, this house offers all the comfort and rest you need during your holidays.



It has 2 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower only and the other with shower and bathtub); the master bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 1.90 and en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. Living-dining room very luminous thanks to the large windows and with direct access to the outside area. Fully equipped kitchen so that you have everything you need to enjoy it with your family and friends.



Villalia Tahona also offers essential services such as wifi service, Smart TV, 42-inch HD with the possibility of Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, HBO (you need to be a user to access the applications), satellite TV, air conditioning and barbecue. This accommodation is equipped with an individual garage and private and independent entrance.



Located in Playa Blanca just 5 minutes drive from Flamingo beach and very close to important places such as Papagayo Beach, Los Hervideros and Timanfaya National Park.

This was our 5th stay in Playa Blanca, first time in this villa.The villa is lovely, the views from the outdoor dining area out over the Bellavista complex and beyond to the Marina are beautiful.We loved the pool area and used this everyday of our stay. Thankful for the aircon in the main bedroom!Not sure if it’s mentioned on the main advert but to access the property, there are a small number of steps so would not be accessible for some- thought I would mention this. Not a problem for us and I would not hesitate to book this villa again.Big thank you for the pool towels that were provided, an unexpected surprise as we always take our own but were well needed with our children!

Excellent place to relax

The house is well equipped and very well maintained. The surroundings are quiet and ideal for relaxing. The pool is very nice. All in all very recommendable. The support (in case of questions, smaller matters and the wish to stay a few hours longer until the flight time) was excellent and fast.

Holiday January 24

Perfect villa for two adult's. Lots of lovely outdoor space which would be even more useful once the weather gets warmer and the evenings lighter - we made the most of them in January but were limited by cooler dark evenings. Pool was listed as heated but could have been warmer. We would definitely go back to this villa as although it’s small inside the outdoor spaces made up for this

¡Lo pasamos genial en la villa!

A solo 4 minutos a pie hay un pequeño supermercado que ofrece todo lo que necesitas. Los restaurantes cercanos se encuentran a unos 2,5 km y se puede llegar fácilmente a pie. Teniendo en cuenta los fuertes vientos y las frecuentes tormentas de arena en la zona, se habría agradecido un intervalo de limpieza más corto. Sin embargo, el equipo es de gran ayuda, así que no dudes en ponerte en contacto con ellos si necesitas algo. En general, es una zona agradable y tranquila, perfecta para desconectarse y relajarse.

Sehr sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gewechselt je nach Wunsch. Ein kleiner Berg aus Wulkangestein befindet sich hinter dem Haus- ein Weg führt nach oben und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Insel. Es gibt zwei Terrassen- morgens sieht man den Sonnenaufgang :) Die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet, könnte jedoch etwas aufgestockt werden (ich koche sehr gerne mit lokalen Produkten), aber für eine Basis reicht es aus. Playa Blanca ist ca. 2,5-3 km fussläufig erreichbar, ein Bus fährt da auch hin & ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es dort auch.

Tolles Ferienhaus, welches wir immer wieder buchen würden

Wir waren 7 Wochen in dem Haus und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Nur die Matrazen im 2. Schlafzimmer waren sehr schlecht, unbedingt müssten diese ausgewechselt werden. Wir haben uns mit einer Auflage von der Gartenlounge beholfen und diese auf die Matraze gelegt. Aber ansonsten gab es nichts auszusetzen

Bonita villa

Bonita villa, decorada con mucho gusto, zona muy tranquila e intima, aunque un poco alejada si no dispones de vehiculo. La zona de la piscina y terraza para disfrutar. Destacar la excelente atencion y comunicacion con el profesiomal inmobiliario ( Jose ).

Beautiful villa with brand new furniture, it is very lovely

Beautiful villa with brand new furniture, it is very lovely. The villa was perfect for our family with 2 little children. The garden with its heated swimming pool is a must! The swimming pool is quite big compared to others, it was perfect. The villa has a stunning double view, one side to Fuerteventura and Isla de Lobos islands, the other side to the mountains. The location was very convenient to go to the beautiful beach of Papagayo,to visit Timanfaya park, and even to go in the north of the island. Communication with the owners was very efficient and they were helpful. I recommend!

Bellavista Villa

Not adequate for four person stay as advertised, one double bed and one single bed when we arrived!!! minimal furnishings, pictures advertising Villa are not true reflection with few home comforts missing in the Flesh. Beds/Two seater Sofa very uncomfortable, no English TV channels available apart from Netflix, Overall Villa very Basic although Clean throughout!! Locals with dogs allowing them to bark morning, noon and night. Car rental advisable as most shops/restaurants at least 5-10mins drive away from Villa or 30-40 mins walking distance-

Dear Richard, Thank you for your comment but we do not agree, the Bellavista villas have been renting since 2007 for 4 people and we do not receive complaints for this, in addition your reservation was made for 2 people, and we have prepared the double bed in the master bedroom, and in addition a single bed was made in the second bedroom, in the event that your reservation had been for 3 or 4 people, 2 single beds had been prepared in the second bedroom. Then in the living room there is a 3-seater sofa, and apart, 2 puff where to sit and watch TV. In the villa, there is a Smart TV with Netflix, and by default there are a few English channels, but the television being smart you can access more TV channels through the internet. We do not know very well about barking, in the private urbanization where the villa is located, it is a very quiet and ideal place to rest and relax. We always recommend renting a car, it is already the best way to get around the island. We feel, that for you the villa and your stay has not been entirely satisfactory. Kind regards, "Villalia"
