The open-plan kitchen, very well equipped, opens directly onto the dining area. The decoration, recent and carried out with care, features current furniture and soothing colours, on parquet-type flooring. The sheltered balcony is furnished with garden furniture to enjoy the sea air. As they are often part of the family, small pets are accepted in this accommodation.

The apartment is located in a quiet street in the heart of the resort, a few steps from the Esplanade and Avenue de la Mer. Entertainment, restaurants and beach establishments await you there. For more active outings on foot or by bike, trails and paths cross the Pays de Monts forest, run along the Vendée coastline, and lead to the port of Saint-Gilles Croix de Vie.
