Greg is a realtor and a lifetime resident of South Florida who loves food / restaurants, music, outdoor activities and the arts. LeAnn has lived in Florida for 11 years and loves the Florida-lifestyle. We have enjoyed using vacation rentals in India, Turkey, and many places in the United States!

Why stay with us? We are a small self-funded business and have a license as a single-family vacation rental by the State of Florida. We achieved our Fort Lauderdale Certificate of Compliance in September 2018 and 2019. Certificate of Compliance (#1703323) means that we are a business in the state of Florida. We paid taxes and passed a safety inspection by the city of Fort Lauderdale. We are licensed, insured, and professionally managed.
We offer resort-like amenities at a great location. We are located about three blocks from Las Olas Boulevard where there are many attractions. We offer one free parking space. Our units are clean, and filled with the essentials and some nice unexpected touches. Our guests use our studio for many reasons and in different ways. We try to anticipate each person's needs but if we missed something, we are always open to feedback.
We are the people who clean the units, do the laundry, and stock each unit. We are on the property daily to care for it (because we love it, and we hope our guests will love it too!).
This listing does not have a cleaning fee. The additional fees included are a service fee (a non-negotiable) and taxes (Fort Lauderdale's bed taxes).
This listing is not for parties of more than two registered guests, small gatherings of friends or family members, or pool or grilling parties. Unregistered people will be asked to leave the property.
