On the ground floor, the house includes a large kitchen-dining room with large bay windows opening onto 2 terraces, one of which is covered, a living room with sofa and large screen TV, a bedroom with a 160X200 bed, bathroom water and WC. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 140 X 200 bed, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 200 and a bathroom with bath and shower and a toilet.

The villa has a private swimming pool 9 X 4.5.
