We had a very extended stay and everything was wonderful. Communication with Mariya was excellent throughout the stay. We had employees staying here to complete a job and they had no issues at all.

Perfect Resort Destination

Very clean. The perfect house for our situation with the pool and fenced in yard. Beds were super comfortable. Close to beach and restaurants. Neighborhood nice to walk in. Laundry amenities were wonderful to have.

Particularly, we are not sure what part of the property are you referring to in your review..... I would like to list all the major upgrades and improvements made so that it is clear for all future guests and to avoid any confusion: Brand New Refrigerator, Brand New Electric Range, Brand New Dishwashers, Brand New Microwave, Brand New Washer & Dryer, New Water Heater, New Roof, New Pool Pump, Fresh Exterior and Interior Painting, Fully stocked and fully equipped house, 6 Extra Pool Chairs and 6 Extra Brand New Patio Chairs (never used), Brand New TV, Brand New Mattresses. On the inside of the house we address anything that is needed immediately to the smallest detail possible. We wished you communicated with us sooner, while you arrived to allow us the opportunity to assist in any way we could have assisted, as that is our practice.

Home away from home

Me and my kids loved the pool. Plus liked how the house had two bathrooms so I did not have to share my bathroom with the boys. The house was close to everything. Plus my kids made friends with the next door neighbors kids. It was just nice to be laid back and relax. Would definitely come back to the house for another vacation.

Mike, we are sorry we could not meet your expectations to the fullest! This is a 3Br/2Ba home and the square footage of the house is included in the listing.​ During your stay you and your wife were 2 people staying there and the house accommodates 6 people. Also the listing does not say anywhere that the pool will be heated as we rent it all year long for the 6th year now. ​I​n addition the listing​ description,​ the house rules and lease agreement clearly state that for any special TV services ​that you would like, you need to use your own subscription.​During your stay we changed the entire TV to a Roku TV with the purpose of making it easier for you to navigate. We also informed you multiple times that if you want to watch specific TV shows, you need to log in with your own TV channel subscription.​ Thank you

Recommended!

We needed a dog friendly place for the holidays. This property is well kept, it's comfortable, and there's a pool. The owner was very responsive, and gave very clear instructions. There were stocked Staples like shampoo, soap, laundry detergent. One of the best rental properties experiences I've had. I would highly recommend this property for dog owners in the area. We'll be back!

Gail, I am so glad you enjoyed your stay the house. And the cleaning lady also says Thank you for the tip you left for her. As far as the neighborhood is concerned, it is a quiet and safe are, next to the police station and the City Hall. I am not sure what might have happened in the area while you were there.... I wish I could do something about it as a homeowner of this property......

Overall great experience As described Two things need improvement Ants at kitchen sink Backyard had not been cleaned of dog feces and there was a bunch - pitted my dogs up with plastic bags . It would have been nice to have a shovel available.

Overall, Mariya was very responsive and accommodating. In reading others reviews I had a different impression of the property. It was clean, however the pictures of the size of the property was definitely deceiving. The property lists a “third bedroom”, which is actually not a bedroom at all but two Twin beds right next to the kitchen, so just be mindful there will be no privacy for those that stay there. Also for those that have young children please be aware that there are no locks on any of the bedroom doors or the door that leads to the garage. As mentioned, the place was nice but I would not rate it as 5 stars as others have.

Just a quick clarification: You are right that the 3rd bedroom in this house does not have a wall. That is shown in pictures 18/40, 19/40 and 20/40 in the property VRBO post. I also have included that information in the post description stating "and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds and is also transitioning directly to the kitchen with an open wall". In any case, taking under consideration your feedback, I will look into adding a wall there in the near future. Thank you once again for everything!

Our stay was pleasant. The house was clean and basic (which we liked since we have four children…less stuff for them to break ☺️). There are 2 beds right by the kitchen just as shown in the pictures. Our 8 and 10 yo daughters enjoyed sleeping there. The backyard is fenced which was great for our dog, however, it lacks privacy. It’s surrounded by other houses with no trees to block the view. Not a huge deal for us, but would’ve been nice to have a little more privacy. The kids loved the pool. The neighborhood was older with some well maintained homes, and some homes that were not. Overall, our stay was alright. We felt like it was a little overpriced for what we got. The host was great! Mariya had great communication and was very quick to respond. Thanks for hosting us!

Amanda, Thank you so much for the kind words!!! I am so glad that your kids enjoyed the pool and for acknowledging the fast response and effort we put in to communicate with our guests! Also I am sorry to hear you were not completely satisfied with certain aspects of your visit. - In term of the yard fence- the fence is shown in a number of pictures on the booking platform so that visitors can take under consideration what to expect before booking. The typical use of the fence at this house has been when a guest has a pet and the fence helps keep their pet nearby. We actually had a number of compliments and some great reviews because of this fence. So sorry for any misunderstanding! - In terms of the condition and maintenance of other properties in the area- I really wish that all neighbors were created equal, but they never are, are they? I am not sure how I can address that matter as I only own and rent this house - In terms of the pricing- the booking platforms typically have options and I am grateful for anyone who chooses my house for their stay. The platform would show a detailed breakdown of the pricing to the guest before they can complete a booking. March is the highest month of the season and availability of homes like this is super limited. We strive to always offer the most competitive prices and are booked backed to back , especially during high season. We will continue to make sure we offer the most competitive prices to our guests in the area in the future as well We wish you had let us know about your concerns before or during your stay, as we would have been happy to address them. If there is ever a concern before or during your stay, please don't hesitate to let us know so we can take care of it right away and make sure your stay is great!

Perfect Fit

The property was exactly as described. It’s in a convenient location to Ft Pierce and Jensen. In between US1 & I95. The room situation was perfect for what we needed. The couch was comfy. The bed in the master was extremely comfortable. The pool was great. Loved the fenced in yard as it was perfect for our 2 large dogs. Accepting 2 large dogs was hard to find and we are glad we found this property. There are always “negatives” to find. But neither negative warrants anything less than a 5 Star Rating. 1) I wish the dogs could have gotten into the pool, as our 13 year old loves the water. But we understand the reasoning behind it and knew it was a rule before booking. 2) The master shower could use some new tile work. It appeared to have been tiled in a hurry. HOWEVER, the water pressure was amazing and the shower was extremely roomy. Our host was extremely responsive before, during, & after checkout. We will 100% stay here again if we have to stay in this area.

Quick getaway stay

We traveled to Florida to purchase a home there, and needed a last minute place to stay. Our needs were few...pet friendly, space for us to work our daily jobs, clean, bedroom and bathroom. This place turned out to be great for our needs. The owner was quick to respond to inquiries. I have nothing bad to say about the property. The padding on top of the King bed was a little funky - but the bedding was really soft and pretty. The only comment is that, while not bad (nor did I feel unsafe walking our dogs), the neighborhood is mixed with oddities.

Excellent vacation. House did not disappoint. Great property if you are traveling with dogs. Walkable neighborhood. Dog friendly neighbors. Easy access to property off Crosstown Expressway. Pool was a plus.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful week in Florida and close to the baseball fields, the reason for our stay. The property was exactly as advertised. The house was VERY CLEAN, the pool and lanai were super relaxing. The property manager, Marlya was AMAZING, communication VERY timely. Would stay again!!!!!!!

Great vacation in Port St Lucie with friends for Christmas

Mariya, property manager, is a great communicator. She reached out to us before, during, and after our trip which was very thoughtful and helpful. Beautiful property!! The house is very clean with all the necessities you will need to have while on your vacation away from home. A plus is a pool that our family enjoyed. The home owner is very friendly and quickly responsive to any of our needs. We definitely enjoyed our stay!!!

Affordable & Clean Property

This property was super clean and Mariya was a great host. My grandkids had a blast in the pool and loved the floats and pool toys. Terrific location, and close to Jensen Beach. We hope to stay again!!!

Best vrbo experience!

From communication with home owner to extreme cleanliness, this house exceeded our expectations for our family of 5! Quiet, nice neighborhood. Great pool! Great location for us as we checked out Jensen Beach nearby, Vero Beach and Jupiter. Fenced backyard was peace of mind as we traveled with our dog! House had all we could have wanted included(coffee pot, dish soap, pots and pans, shampoo, soaps etc ) Very highly recommended! Thanks for allowing us a great vacation in Southern Florida!

Home, sweet home, with a pool for swimming and floating!

A secure comfortable home with a quiet neighborhood. Lots of space to relax and play. Received messages throughout our stay from host checking in on our comfort. I recommend this home for your family vacation!
