Beautiful 50m² bungalow with large private terrace facing south in our charming 13th century mill. Terrace equipped with garden furniture and 2 deckchairs to enjoy the sun

 This incredible building, in the heart of the Luberon (Provence), consists of 6 independent lodgings (classified 2 and 3 stars), holiday residence open all year round. It is surrounded by a magnificent 2 hectare PARK, it is a place filled with history due to its architecture. Indeed, this traditional Provencal house offers you the space of a memorable moment the opportunity to make a good in the past thanks to the different historical rooms that we have renovated (authentic flour mill, sundial, dovecote, washhouse, murderer , pantry, ...).

The charm of the property is also mainly due to its alley of multi-hundred year old plane trees, its superb swimming pool, its large park, its animals as cute as each other and its 2 lovely fountains illuminated in the evening which are filled with life thanks to many fish, some frogs and lovely water lilies!

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION:
T2 cottage, classified 3 stars, entirely on one level, for 2 to 4 people on 50m²
1 bedroom for 2 people (160 cm bed)
1 bathroom and separate wc
Living room (sofa convertible into a 160 bed), 80cm flat screen TV and kitchen equipped with everything you need (except consumables)
Private south-facing terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs
Access to the pool area, its terraces, park, barbecue, games, hammock, animals, billiards, ...

Possible options if you wish:
- Cot, high chair, bathtub, socket cover ... free on reservation subject to availability.
- Possible privatization of the mill room (see conditions)
- Linen (15 € / bed): sheets, towels, tea towels - not ironed and bed not made
- Linen (30 € / bed): sheets, towels, tea towels - iron and bed made
- End of stay cleaning (50 €)
- Leclerc drive: we will pick up your groceries and store them for you before your arrival (15 €)
- Animals are accepted if they are wise, clean and kept on a leash (15 € / stay).

FORMALITIES:
- A rental contract will be signed on site
- A deposit of 200 euros will also be required

Our ideal location (near the D943 - in the heart of the Luberon) offers the possibility of being just 2 km from the city and its amenities while allowing us to enjoy the calm of the countryside and the song of cicadas.

In addition, on foot via country lanes, you can easily reach the lake (LEISURE BASE 15 MIN ON FOOT or 2 minutes by car) which provides many opportunities, such as eating an ice cream, playing in the park for children or stroll around the lake after busy days. The development continues ...
To date, you will find there play areas for children (swings, slide, zip line, 2 spaces with water jets, ...), catering and ice cream, tennis court, mountain biking field, fishing, picnic area. picnic, walk around the lake with fitness trail, ...
The city plans to soon make available new tennis courts, pétanque courts, climbing wall, pedal boat, sailing lessons, etc. and above all to open the lake for swimming!
