In a small quiet building, on the first floor, the apartment crossing and bright is classified 4 *. You enjoy 61m2 facing sea: at the port, ideally located at the foot of the beach Pornichet-La Baule labeled blue flag but also the market and shops.
It consists of a large living room facing south west with balcony equipped with two armchairs, two bedrooms overlooking a private garden with trees, one team with a Queen size bed (160/200), the other two beds 80/200, with duvets (new and protected bedding). Sheets are provided a pair per week and per bed with 2 tea towels, 2 hand towels and 2 bath mats. Towels not provided. The kitchen open to the living room is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor, dishwasher fridge / freezer and all utensils for cooking. A spacious bathroom has a large shower, washbasin and storage cabinet and a washing machine dryer, hair dryer, changing mat, chair to raise the children with a tablet and on request bed umbrella. The toilet is independent, all with cupboards, an ironing board with iron. A private garage and closed to park his vehicle in the basement of the building. An elevator serves all floors as well as the basement. Access is secured by digicode.
