Lively Roma Trastevere renovated apartment on the 5th floor (with elevator) spacious for up to 4 with two double rooms: one with 1 double bed, one with 2 single beds.

All furnished in very good taste, it includes a living room with a dining table, full kitchen (incl. toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine) with a washing machine, and one bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning in all rooms and internet throughout the place. Neat and well located. Located on the fifth floor of an elevator-equipped 19th century building (a rare find in this area of town), the flat has a spacious living room complete with smart-TV and a dining table opening onto a kitchen with all the essentials to enjoy a true Roman meal or snack, including a gas-fired oven and stove, a toaster oven, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Overlooking a peaceful, green courtyard, this accommodation features a main bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds - a perfect combination for a young family, or a group of friends who are comfortable sharing spaces when traveling.

A bathroom with a spacious shower completes the flat. which comes with A/C in every room and free Wi-Fi to all guests.

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).

Check-out by 11 am

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

For self check-in is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.
