The owner Colleen is lovely. The house on the other hand is not as depicted in the images. The master bath is the size of cruise room bathroom and needs renovation. The home needs a deep clean. There were bugs in the kitchen and along the floor boards, flies in the house No vacuum or sweeper to be found. Upon arrival, Colleen was cleaning the house, we arrived 15 minutes early she was still there one hour later. She has no maintenance team available. The cable was disconnected during our stay. The refrigerator and freezer were too cold and not capable of adjustment. Vegetables froze and had to be discarded .The water filter in the fridge, not sure when that was last changed, we bought bottled water as the water tasted and smelled dreadful. The furniture is uncomfortable and not well maintained. The gas grill, ran out of gas. Colleen did deliver a new tank before the end of the day. The yard was over grown and the pool area not well maintained.We did love the neighborhood, the beach nearby and the pool itself was nice to relax and float in. The pool furniture is dated and mostly uncomfortable. We did leave the home in better condition then we found it in. I do think Colleen is doing some upgrades, new roof etc. Hopefully she will update the photos. She is a lovely owner and very responsive.

The house was wonderful for our family of 4 and two little dogs. Colleen was very helpful and had everything in the home you would ever need, from kitchen supplies to beach needs. The home was beautifully decorated and was obvious Collen put a lot of love into it. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. We highly recommend this property.

The house was very nice. The family enjoyed the pool every day. The private beach was less than a 10 min walk from the house. The beach was stunning. Many nice restaurants were less than a 10 min drive on the island. Thoroughly enjoyed the week. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Getaway!!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The house felt like home. It was well stocked, with everything you could need for the pool and beach. The kids loved the pool. The private beach was a short walk away, and the beach wagon was very helpful in transporting sand toys, chairs (all provided). Highly recommend a stay!!

Great rental home

This house worked out great for a family vacation - its location was convenient for day trips and activities, and with a pool easy beach access our kids were easily able to have a lot of fun during our stay.

A great week in Vero

This was one of our several visits to Vero Beach. Each time we have stayed in various homes. This home was exceptional. The pool area was delightful with plenty of space available for seating. The home is a very short walk to a wide, gradually sloping beach. The Moorings have a very nice cabana/seating area next to the beach. The home itself has plentiful amenities both for the home itself and for the beach. We use the bicycles, which were in very good condition. The property owner truly wants her guests to enjoy themselves. She is readily available by phone call or text. It is very easy to recommend this property for your Vero Beach vacation.

Lovely

This house was in a perfect location. The beach was a block away. Walked the dog on the beach everyday. The owner was great! She responded promptly and any problems she took care of immediately. Definitely would book again.

Nice house- great location

House was nice with nice pool area and comfortable bed. Nice touches included all appliances or cookware that you would need for cooking meals there. Location was excellent- just a short walk to the beach access and very quiet street.

Wonderful Beach-Home

My family had a great time at this beautiful home. Colleen was super great and very friendly. Home was clean and well appointed. Pool was great. The private beach is just a short walk away. We almost had the beach to ourselves the entire week. Everyone in my family would love to stay here again.

Escape in paradise

It was our second time here, so knew what to expect and was not disappointed. Colleen, the house, the beautiful neighborhood, the convenient beach access and great weather made for a wonderful stay. Hope to be back next year.

Space launch

The stay was great. Beautiful home and great location. Walking distance to beach was only a block. Family that lived in the area were able to come and grill on Father’s Day. Very nice. To top it off seen a rocket launch on a beautiful cloudless morning. Got some great pics.

Great house and so close to the beach

My husband and I stayed here for 2 months and loved how close we were to the beach. It was just a 5 minute walk there and Colleen has everything you need for a day at the beach. The house was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The house also has many amenities to make your stay easy. The pool was amazing and warm. We had family down during our stay and there was alway enough room for all of us. We had a great time and if you need anything just call the owner, Colleen. She's a friendly, nice lady that is always willing to help you out with anything. Thank you Colleen for the wonderful house that created many good memories for our family.

Family holiday and relaxation

What a GEM!!!! The property is steps from the beach in a delightful community. The pool is divine and was well used during our trip. We hosted our own Thanksgiving meal and the house was equipped with everything we could possible need. Groceries are easily delivered with Instacart or a short drive. Easy access to Vero village - so quaint, great shopping and Grind & Grape provides a great night life! Our 3 young kids were well entertained and the adults were able to fully relax in the neighborhood community tucked away from any hustle or bustle. We had several rainy days which didn't spoil the trip. Colleen offered several activity suggestions and many games/movies are provided. Colleen was also easy to reach if anything was needed during the stay. Highly recommended!

Vero Beach is beautiful

What a great home! Wonderfully decorated, nice pool, a short walk to a private beach. Paradise. Colleen takes great care of her home and you will love to meet her! Home has games, cable, all the kitchen accessories you will ever need. You will not be disappointed. We even had a Category 1 hurricane and she has storm windows, inside the house you could not even hear it! Look forward to coming back as soon as we can again!

We really enjoyed our stay, the house was truly welcoming! If you’re looking for a peaceful, laid back get away – this is the PERFECT location and hostess! The house is very nicely decorated and you can tell that Ms Colleen puts in a lot of effort to make it the amazing gem it is. Each room is thoughtfully decorated to provide an island/beach house feel. The kitchen has all of the cooking essentials and everything you will need. We really appreciated being able to park in the garage which helped with the heat and rain for our excursions. There was an assortment of beach towels, beach mats, beach chairs, beach wagon and plenty of pool toys. There is also a hose at the front door and an outdoor shower by the pool to help remove sand when you return from the beach. It even comes complete with an assortment of lizards, frogs and giant colorful grasshoppers outside that we weren’t used to seeing. The pool was fantastic. The house is just a short walk to a private beach that was simply amazing! It was breath taking to watch the sunrise over such a pristine beach. Each wave seemed to wash away our day to day, hustle and bustle lives back home. Best part – we still feel refreshed and have a laid-back island feel since returning home. If you get an opportunity on Saturday mornings, try to visit one of the two farmers markets nearby, Vero Beach Farmers market which is smaller or the Fort Pierce which is much bigger. Both are open Saturdays 8am-12pm. Highly recommend visiting the Navy Seal Museum, which is s a short drive South. Food recommendations: Nino’s Café (variety of options including freshly delivered pizza, burgers and fries), El Sid Taqueria(fantastically fresh tacos for lunch after the Vero Beach Farmers market), Waldo’s (great view of the ocean while you eat), If you’re looking for delivery: South Beach Pizzeria and Nino’s both deliver directly, not through a delivery service.

Amazing house and location

The house is amazing and has everything you could possibly need. The pool is fantastic but the main feature of this house is the location just 1 street from the private beach. We had the perfect family holiday

Great house with all the amenities!

House is clean, spacious, well stocked & short walk to quiet beach! POSITIVES- Loved the WAGON, beach chairs, towels & boogie boards… made the beach lots of fun without the hassle!!! STOCKED w all the basics, NICE grill & plenty of silverware & dishes (we have 6 adults & only eat out 2 dinners in a week, so this is a huge bonus). Only drawbacks I’d say are stainless cookware… I’m not sure who can cook on this stuff? We managed to utilize the grill mostly!! And the proximity to A1A… it’s much louder than expected, but the backyard is lush & very private, so we still enjoyed lots of pool time!! Overall Id def recommend it! Colleen is professional & we thank you for sharing your home with us!!

Upon moving to Vero Beach, I soon realized this place was a dream come true and that sharing it's beauty and ambiance would be fulfilling and rewarding. So I started renting to seasonal visitors and have never looked back. I've met some of the most interesting, colorful people ever and it's all happening in paradise. I developed my beach house with the tropics in mind and created an atmosphere that allows people to transport themselves in mind/body/spirit so they can feel like they truly escaped. Come visit; you'll be enchanted.
