Enjoy the beach at this luxurious elegant 5 bedroom 3 bath private home 200 yards from the the soft warm sands of Cocoa Beach. This beautiful 2450 square foot one-story home has no stairs and no streets to cross on your short leisurely walk to the beach.

The SailAway Beach House was designed to fit the needs of large family or corporate groups. It can accommodate 10-12 guests. The spacious great room combines the living room, kitchen, and dining areas. Enjoy reclining on one of the leather sofas while you watch the 65 inch smart TV above the decorative white brick fireplace. Prepare meals using the new stainless steel appliances in the open concept kitchen and serve them as guests are seated at the dining table, (seats 8), or the large freestanding granite island, (seats 4).

The centerpiece of SailAway's tropically landscaped backyard is the private heated 20 by 40' pool. The swimming pool goes from 3' 9" to 7' in depth. There is ample space for sunbathers around the deck of the pool or guests may prefer shaded relaxation beneath the beautiful pergola. A sandy play area provides a place for children to romp while their parents barbecue on the Weber grill. A screened in porch with ceiling fan and an adult table for 6 and child-sized picnic table for the little ones overlooks the pool.

One SailAway master bedroom contains a comfortable king bed with its own generous ensuite bath and closet.The other master holds a queen bed and closet. It has a Jack and Jill bath that opens to a separate room containing a twin daybed and a twin trundle bed. This would be a perfect sleeping arrangement for parents and children. SailAway also has two more queen bedrooms, one of which has direct access to a large shower bath. Four of the five bedrooms have 50" smart TVs and views of the pool.

Guests will find the front loading washer and dryer a useful convenience during their stay. SailAway has parking for 4-5 vehicles on the property. Public hourly metered parking is also available on the street. A handy beach wagon holding beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and boogie boards awaits you for your beach vacation. A twin air mattress is available upon request.

The world famous Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier is 2 blocks south. Food, drinks, and recreation are available there. We are the closest beach to Disney, which is approximately one hour away and The Kennedy Space Center is 20 minutes away. We are 25 miles from the Space Coast Stadium Complex.

We are fully licensed to operate as a vacation rental.

Cathy was very easy to work with and very attentive. We never had to contact her during our stay because everything was as described. The location was perfect. Close to the ocean, activities and dining. The house was clean and open concept for family gatherings. Itā€™s clear the owners take pride in their property.

Good communication with the owner. Very responsive and helpful. Location was amazing with a very short walk to the beach. Saw 2 rocket launches - unforgettable. House was spacious and clean. Lots of space for everyone. We will be back in future years. Only suggestion would be to have a full length mirror somewhere. Loved our time there.

The house was in a perfect place. The beach entrance was at the end of the block( no busy roads to cross) the property was within walking distance to some restaurants. The property was also close to visiting family that live nearby.Communication with the owner and manager was quick and easy through text messages and phone calls. I would definitely vacation here again and I would recommend this home for a great vacation.

Great stay in a beautiful home at Cocoa Beach

We had a wonderful stay at this property in early July. The property was very clean, spacious, stocked with everything we needed, super close (easy walk) to the beach and communication with the property manager, Cathy, was excellent. We were there for a baseball tournament and had no issues getting back and forth to the fields (about 25 minute drive with normal traffic). Thanks for a great experience in Cocoa Beach!

Well maintained, very clean, relaxing area, near shopping. Family loved the large pool. We saw 4 rocket launches from house and beach. Lots parking. Owner very responsive to questions, provided information on shuttle service to orlando airport when it became necessary (friend's business) and worked out perfectly.

Great family stay in Cocoa Beach!!

Our family of ten (six adults and four children ages 7-10) throughly enjoyed our week long stay at this property. Some visited Disney and Universal a few days, while others enjoyed the short walk down the street to the beach every day! The house was well stocked, clean and had a great layout for our group. The pool was exceptionally large and fun and the beach was wonderfulā€¦ not packed like our northeast beaches. The overall location was great too!! The host was a pleasure to work with and very helpful including tips for local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend this property and host (host has other properties as well).

Great place, great location

Cathyā€™s house was perfect for our family thanksgiving holiday. We enjoyed the beach, the pool and the beautiful house. It was perfect for families with kids; the pool was ideal and the open space living room/kitchen area is great to spend time together. Cathy was an incredible host. We will be staying here again!

Had an amazing week here with our kids and grandkids, 6 adults, 5 kids. This home was beautifully furnished, spacious, well stocked kitchenā€¦cooking tools, glassware, dinnerware,etc. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. This home was very cleanā€¦pristine!Pool was huge and warm! Well stocked pool and beach items available. Only like a block to beach crossover. Best host we have ever dealt with both before and during trip! We will definitely be back. No complaints at all. 5 stars!

Love the pool and beach options

Staying at the SailAway home was amazing. Our family loved the convenience of swimming in the pool and then walking to the beach in the afternoon. The home was kid-friendly, and in a great location and we hope to be back soon!
