Welcome to our newly built 1500 square foot multilevel ski-in/ski-out townhome with private garage at Echo Landing.

Travelers please note there are 2 types of 3 bedroom units at Echo Landing. 1500 square foot multilevel townhomes (like this one) and smaller 1160 square foot units.

Our unit is near the Orient Chairlift and the Morrisey Chairlift so you have easy access to all 3 mountains. Also conveniently located directly across the street from the Nordic Center for all your cross country and snowshoeing needs. It also back onto the 15th fairway of the golf course. Around a 15 minute walk to the main town center.

No expense has been spared furnishing this space. Everything in this home is brand new and there has been an extreme attention to detail to make sure that you have an amazing vacation in Sun Peaks. This property has been designed and furnished with a 5 star luxury traveller in mind.

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom unit sleeps 8. The bedrooms (king room, queen room and bunk room) all feature 400 thread count organic cotton sheets, Endy mattresses and organic cotton duvet covers. The bunk room has a twin over double bunk with an additional twin trundle bed to sleep 4. The queen and king rooms have large flat screen TV’s as well. The rooms all feature plenty of storage and lots of hooks. The master bedroom even has a walk-in closet.

The upper level has a full sized washer and dryer and two full bathrooms (one is an en-suite off the master bedroom).

The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is well stocked amenities and features a large island with seating for 4 and a dining table with seating for 8, a gas range and side by side refrigerator with ice and water filter.

Relax and unwind in our living room complete with a gas fireplace, Smart TV and Blue Ray player (with a selection of movies), books, game and puzzles.

The private heated garage has parking for one car with parking for an additional vehicle on our driveway (so no need to fight for visitor parking). There is room for all your equipment in the garage. A large bench for removing all of your equipment is also located in the garage.

This townhome is setup perfectly for families and will fit two families comfortably as the living spaces are large. As this is a family rental parties are not allowed and the primary renter must be at least 25.

A hot tub and BBQ are located off the kitchen on the back patio.

Perfect location and well stocked

Great property that was well laid out - we planned to eat in most nights and the kitchen was wonderfully stocked with all equipment as well as cooking supplies (olive oil, salt, sugar, coffee etc).Great for a family and super easy access to the lifts with ski in and out access. The kids loved the hot tub and bunk beds. Would stay here again!

Great Vacation and beautiful property!

My family and I had an amazing vacation at this property! Christine was very helpful and made the entire process very easy. We had Sun Peaks Cargo deliver and stock food in the fridge prior to our arrival as well which made things easier. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

Christine’s place was very clean and comfortable with all the things we needed for a great ski vacation. It is easy to ski to Morrisey or Orient chair from the unit and you can practically ski back to the front door. There was room for the whole family to spread out. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Christine was also communicative before and throughout our stay. We would stay again. Thank you!

A family Christmas vacation ski holiday

This is an exceptional property to rent for a ski vacation. We loved the ski in/ski out! The kitchen was so well equipped. The townhouse was spotlessly clean, and we loved that the beds were so comfortable. We really enjoyed the fireplace and the hot tub after skiing, especially as it was a bitterly cold week of skiing. Christine was so quick to respond and lovely to communicate with - we appreciated the heads up about the fireworks on New Year's Eve and being able to watch from the master bedroom as it was too cold to go out! We highly recommend staying here!

Amazing town home in Sun Peaks! Great ski in and ski out accessibility and the property had everything we needed inside. Probably the best stocked kitchen for supplies we have ever had in a rental! Would stay here again!

amazing condo!

we loved our stay here-the condo is beautiful, was spotlessly clean and has all the amenities you could want. Check in was seamless. We loved the ski in ski out option and that the sled park was right across the street-would definitely return here again!

Everything we needed

Christine was great, provided all the info we needed prior to arrival. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. Very well stocked kitchen with all pots pans utensils etc. Easy ski access to/from Orient and Morrisey. We had a great stay!

Very clean modern condo, very close to lift.

We had an amazing stay at Echo Landing 19. We ate all our meals at the condo due to Covid restrictions. Very well stocked kitchen. We had 4 mid teenagers and 4 adults.

Beautiful property and true 5 star gem

There is nothing that the owners have over looked to make this property the absolute best. Impeccably clean with the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever seen made every meal a pleasure to prepare. Gathering around the large island, generous kitchen table or cozying up in front of the fire are just some of the pleasures found here. Extra thoughtful touches such as the bin of towels by the back door, games and puzzles and informative binder are only a few of the treasures to find. I can’t wait to return in the winter to use the garage that include ski racks and benches with matts to put on equipment with ease. We arrived during an unforeseen power outage however Christine’s impeccable planning with a power outage kit made it entirely uneventful. She kept us well informed about the duration of this and communicated quickly. I did not want to leave and can’t wait to book again.

Sun Peaks Gem

From booking, through to checkout and beyond, Christine has been welcoming, responsive, helpful and accommodating. Christine and Craig's lovely townhouse lives up to expectations on all levels. The check-in process is so simple, it's perfect. With the door code system, everyone had easy, secure access to the unit with no worries about keys. The oversize single car garage area was perfect for our skiies and would be for bikes as well. Our daughter uses a sit-ski and there was plenty of room in the garage for storage and assembly of this equipment in addition to our vehicle. The kitchen was very well equipped, with lots of storage and premium appliances. An open concept main floor made this area a perfect hub for our family vacation. The hot tub was a huge hit with our family and well organized with flip flops and dedicated towels for this area. We are looking forward to our next trip back! Thanks so much Christine and Craig!

Modern new conveniently located townhome

This lovely home is brand new, and is very well stocked for cooking and relaxing. The beds are comfortable, and the heated garage made loading/unloading a breeze. The hottub and BBQ are ideal for relaxing after skiing, and the TVs have Netflix and multiple other apps. We had a lovely time in this special home.

Beautiful home

We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Your home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. We enjoyed your thoughtful placement of towels and slippers for the hot tub as well as the little things like shampoo and conditioner in the showers to the cleaning supplies for the kitchen. The house was comfortable for 2 families with such a spacious layout, games to play and a fully equipped kitchen. Thank you, we will be staying here again.

Class & Comfort with all the Little Touches

I have been to Sun Peaks many times and this is by far the best property I have ever stayed it. It was the perfect fall girls getaway. The townhome is GORGEOUS!!! And nothing really compares to staying in a brand new space. The layout was one of the best I have stayed in. The living/kitchen area was very large which was a nice change from some of the other places we’ve stayed at. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Lots of dishes, cutlery, utensils, pots, pans etc. And maybe the best part was how well we slept. The mattresses, pillows and bedding were so comfortable. Very high quality linens. The location was around a 10-15 minute walk to town but it looks like it will have excellent ski-in/ski-out access in the winter. There were beautiful views out of every window. Christine was very responsive in her communications and was very knowledgeable about Sun Peaks. Her recommendation of getting groceries delivered to the property was such a great suggestion as there is only a small grocery store in town. I will 100% be back. 5 plus star stay!!!!

Our family has been skiing at Sun Peaks for a few years now and we love it so much that we decided to purchase a property so that we can visit even more. Based in Vancouver we have found that we love the relaxed atmosphere of Sun Peaks combined with the amazing ski terrain of this family friendly resort.

We have stayed in most of the developments in Sun Peaks so we knew exactly what we wanted. Light, open and airy with a large communal space for gathering and upstairs bedrooms for the kids (or adults) to escape to. This brand new development hit all of the features we were looking for plus more.
