As locals of the Lake Champlain area with over 25 years of enjoying the lake, we finally realized our dream of owning a lake house. We’re also a 15-minute drive up the interstate to Plattsburgh, NY, and conveniently located near breathtaking Saranac Lake and the famous Olympic town of Lake Placid, next to Whiteface Mountain. Enjoy year-round activities like boating, hiking, skiing, and snowboarding in the Adirondacks. (Just a tip: bundle up from October-March!)

Please Note: The ferry from Port Kent, NY to Burlington, VT has closed. However, there is a year-round ferry from Plattsburgh, NY to Burlington that takes about 1 to 1.5 hours from the house. For more information, check the ferry schedule here.
