Delano Delight is the perfect place for anyone wanting to get an ideal Wichita experience. The house has been completely remodeled and offers a modern feel. It is located in the Historic Delano Neighborhood, just minutes from Downtown and close to anything you might need. It comfortably accommodates 6 guests with availability for more. With a fully equipped kitchen, washer/ dryer, and WI-FI, this house offers most anything you might need for a short or longer stay.

Delano is a trendy neighborhood situated just west of the Arkansas River and Downtown Wichita. With popular bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping within walking distance, this neighborhood is perfect for anyone who wants to get one of the best experiences Wichita can offer. Monarch is a personal favorite (for food, drinks and appetizers).

Centrally located, you can get anywhere in Wichita within 20 minutes. This house is located just one block from Friends University and just minutes from the Arkansas River. Don't forget to check out Wichita's iconic Keeper of the Plains.

Guests have full access to the property. Should spills or other things happen, there are cleaning supplies under the sink and a broom and vacuum in the back bedroom closet. There are extra towels and linens in the bedroom closets, as well as extra toiletries in case anything was forgotten.

Delano Delight is completely remodeled and fully furnished with brand new appliances and furniture. With a ring door bell system and key pad entry, it is easy for guests to check in or reach me in case of emergency. Motion-sensing cameras are located on the front and back of the property for extra security.

The front door opens into the large open living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room has 55" Smart TV with Netflix, Sling and Blu-ray Player. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots/ pans, dishes and cookware. Basics such as coffee, tea, and sugar will be available.

Bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion, hair dryer, q-tips, and cotton balls.

The back 2 bedrooms have queen size beds with memory foam mattresses and the front bedroom has a king size bed with hypbrid mattress.The back bedroom has the laundry closet which is stocked with laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and bleach, iron and ironing board.


Have kids? A pack and play and high chair are available upon request. We also have age appropriate toys that can be available upon request.

Working? This space has a workspace with a charging station, fast Wi-Fi, and is conveniently located. We also offer this space as short-term rentals for business purposes.

The base price is based on two people, after two people, each additional person (including Kids 2 and older) is $15.00 extra.

This property is non-smoking and drug-free. This includes E-cigarettes and any illegal substances. We highly encourage people to take their shoes off in the house in order to help to maintain a clean environment for you and future guests.

This house is centrally located with easy access to Kellogg Avenue. You can get to just about anywhere in Wichita within 20 minutes. Delano Delight is one block from Friends University and within minutes of the River, the Historic Delano District and Old Town. Scooters are also available for rent nearby.

We do have a ring doorbell system and motion activated camera on the back door

This house is located next to a major highway which offers a lot of convenience but also some noise. We do have new windows, sound proof drywall, and sound proof window hangings that cut out a good deal of the noise. We also have a ear plugs and a white noise machine available in each bedroom.

The bathroom is located between two of the bedrooms. The guest(s) staying in the 3rd bedroom will have to enter the bathroom through another guest's bedroom.

The base price is based on two people, after two people, each additional person (including Kids 2 and older) is $15.00 extra. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a Queen Bed (sleeps 2).
