Walk around: the market, the shops, the restaurants, the embankment, the large beach and the pedestrian streets.

Everything is nearby, drop off your car at the free park and ride or paid indigo parking lot of the Atlantes 100m away and enjoy your stay on foot!
The accommodation
The apartment is on the first floor, without elevator, in a one-storey residence. It is composed of a corridor that independently serves:
A first bedroom composed of two single beds,
A second bedroom with a double bed 160x200,
The living room - with sofa bed, dining area, television,
WC, the shower room and the fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment has wifi.

Bicycle storage shared by the secure building.


Other remarks
In order not to automatically impact your holiday expenses, we give tenants the choice to:
- Cleaning before departure. Otherwise, it is possible to take it as an option (40 euros).
- bring their sheets and towels or ask for the provision for 10 euros/person to be paid on arrival (let us know beforehand).

Non-smoking accommodation and pets not allowed.


The Marinettes shuttles run every quarter of an hour 50m from the apartment.

Train station 15min walk.
