On the ground floor:
- A living room with a sofa, armchairs and a TV, and a dining area with an extendable table seating 7 people.
- An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, toaster, microwave, etc.
- Separate toilet.

First floor:
- Bedroom 1 with a queen-size bed (160x200) with en-suite shower and washbasin.

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 2 with a double bed (140x190) on a mezzanine
- Bedroom 3 with 3 single beds (one of which is on the mezzanine)
- A walk-in wardrobe
- A bathroom with a bath, heated towel rail and toilet.

Outside:
- A private terrace furnished with garden furniture (table and chairs for 7 people) and an electric barbecue.
- A utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Secure private parking.

Also available for your use: a high chair and a travel cot (please request this when booking; we will set up the travel cot for your baby. For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not provide a mattress other than the one already included with the travel cot. Please feel free to bring your own if you wish).

The house is ideally situated in Saint-Servan, close to local amenities. There are two mini-markets open seven days a week, less than a kilometre’s walk away (at Les Bas Sablons and near Saint-Croix Church), and a Carrefour Market 200 metres away on Rue Ville Pépin.

Things to do:
You can enjoy the Saint-Servan market, just 200 metres away, on Tuesdays and Fridays, where you’ll find fresh fish in the market halls. A small oyster stall sets up every Sunday on Place Bouvet (Place du Théâtre). Saint-Servan is known for its main shopping street, the Tour Solidor, and the Cité d’Aleth, the birthplace of Saint-Malo.
Sheltered from the wind and bathed in sunshine, Saint-Servan’s beaches and charming coves are ideal for families. On Bas-Sablons beach, just below Place du Théâtre, you can have lunch or enjoy a drink at ‘Bac’O Sablons’ whilst your children play on the sand below.
The best crêpes can be enjoyed at the Solidor crêperie, whilst a drink on the sunniest terrace in Saint-Malo at Le Cancalais offers the chance to admire the most beautiful sunsets! And there are plenty more great spots to discover – please don’t hesitate to ask us.
Just a stone’s throw from the flat, we also recommend a stroll along the Corniche d’Aleth with its Gallo-Roman remains and the ruins of its Neo-Romanesque cathedral.

Transport:
- If you’re coming by car, you can park in the secure private car park situated 100 metres from the house.
- Parking is free on the streets and in the car parks in the surrounding area. You can reach Intra-Muros in 15 minutes on foot.
- Saint-Servan is served by bus routes 6 and 8.
