Casa Ceiba is located in a premiere lushly landscaped gated condo development in the Playa Madera district of Zihautanejo. It is walking distance from the town center and numerous outdoor cafes and restaurants; grocery stores, Mercado, shopping, movies, and laundry. You’ll only need a few pesos to take taxis outside La Ceiba’s entrance to anywhere in town or beyond.
Playa Madera beach is a short 350 steps (3 min. walk) from the condo and Playa La Ropa is just a 8-10 minute walk or a 5 minute bus/taxi ride.
Casa Ceiba complex has a beautiful and classic Mexican architectural feel with manicured lush tropical vegetation throughout. The condo is a very private and spacious 1000 square foot unit located on the second floor.
The condo offers one large master suite with a king bed that has a high-end mattresses and good quality 600 thread count linens. There is an A/C unit in the master suite. The bathroom has a shower and plenty of towels. Ceiling fans and floor fans are in every room. This unit is very breezy and bright.
The condo is located on the second level with a street balcony that lets you enjoy Zihua’s quiet streets and locale village scenery, with Margarita’s restaurant located directly across the street. There is a second balcony that is inclosed that overlooks the pool, the balcony shades can be drawn for your privacy.
For your relaxing day at the condo pool or Zihua's beautiful sandy beaches the unit provides beach towels, some pool floaties, two beach chairs with an umbrella for the beach. For only a small fee or sometimes no charge there are beach chairs down at the beaches as well.
The casa has your own dedicated high-speed internet and Wi-Fi for those that need to do a little work while on vacation.
There is a flat screen “Smart” color TV in the main living area with over 100 cable channels. The back bedroom also has a “Smart” TV. You can get Netflix, YouTube and several other services on both.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas range/oven, fridge, microwave, blender, electric juicer, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses and several spices.
All the fresh water you can drink is provided for no additional fee.
Weekly maid service and linen change is provided for no additional fee for those guest staying for longer than 7 days.
The airport, Ixtapa-Zihuatanejo (ZIH) is approximately 6 miles away and is a short 15 minute taxi ride to the complex.
The condo is a non-smoking unit. Absolutely NO smoking inside, on the veranda.
