$500 deposit due at booking; balance due 60 days before arrival
For reservations 21+ nights or $20,000+ → 10% deposit due at time of booking.

Cancel 60+ days before arrival → Full refund (no fees) 💸

Cancel within 60 days → No refund

Cancellations must be in writing by the 60-day deadline

Once paid, all amounts are non-refundable

Extended stays (2+ weeks) or bookings over $20,000:

Full payment due 90 days before arrival; non-refundable once paid

Travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.

This home features Silicon Travel. With its advanced firewall system, you can prevent unauthorized access to devices in the home. Any guest device (webcam, baby monitor, etc.) can be added for a set time and is automatically removed upon departure. 🔐
