We also want to sincerely apologize that the room wasn't fully ready when you arrived. Our housekeeping team was running a little behind that day, and we see your check-in came very shortly after our 4pm time. That's not the welcome we like to give, and we're sorry it started your trip on the wrong note. We're always working to make sure every space is fresh and ready the moment our guests walk in. On the beach gear, we'd love to clear things up! That part of your stay is handled through a third-party company called VayKgear, and they typically send an email with all the details about your beach gear credit and how to use it. If it slipped past your inbox, please don't hesitate to reach out to us and we'll happily help you track it down. Next time you stay with us, remember our 24/7 guest hotline is always available to call with any issues that may come up. We want to make sure you’re as comfortable as you can be during your stay. With regards to check-out times, please note that we do offer a late check-out of noon whenever available. Unfortunately, it appears that there was a back-to-back reservation following your stay, and we needed to give our Housekeeping Team adequate time to prepare the home for the incoming guests.
