Classic Lake Champlain Cottage

This cozy two bedroom cottage is located directly on Lake Champlain between St. Albans Bay and Georgia Shore in The Pines community, a historic group of friends and neighbors going back almost 100 years. This is a perfect size for one or two couples or small family. The location will provide you a serene setting with spectacular sunsets! A dock is available for your use, as well as a full beach. The cottage is equipped with a full-size stove/oven, refrigerator and wireless internet. It is also fully furnished, including all dishes, cookware, utensils, bedding and towels. There is a queen sized bed on the front sun porch facing the lake, and a traditional bedroom with a queen bed. Twin beds have been used in the bedroom in lieu of the queen bed. A shed provides storage for bicycles, and gas grill is provided. Gas and electricity are included, and the camp is equipped with a new vented heating system. There is parking for 2-3 vehicles. Please note, there is no washer or dryer provided. Pets are welcome based on prior approval. This a great location with easy day trips to Lake Champlain Islands, Burlington, Stowe, Jay Peak, Plattsburgh and Montreal. Deposit required to reserve dates.

Complete month of May or September: $2850.00/month
Complete month of June, July or August: $2850.00/month

Additional costs: $250.00 Security deposit, $50.00 cleaning fee, $100 pet deposit
