Have you been dreaming of a sun-soaked Florida Keys getaway with ample space for your whole family? Turn those dreams into a reality at this canal-front six-bedroom Key Colony Beach home with private pool and hot tub access, a location that's perfect for high seas adventures, and room for up to 14 guests.
Heated pool/Spa on request with a fee of $350 for the week. Along with a heated hot tub. Dockage can handle a boat up to 35 feet on length. Home has a ton of patio chairs, lounge chairs, umbrella, table that seat 6 and couch. Downstairs area has a small dinning table that seats 4. Kid Friendly home....
City is very strict on the amount of people in the home. If you bring more than 14 people there will be a an issue with the City of Key colony Beach.

The house was very roomy and clean. Megan was quick with any questions or concerns. Great location for quick access to fishing. We would stay here again.

Property was clean and was absolutely perfect for the multi family group we had. Host was responsive well before we even checked in, and reached out well after we left to see if an item that was left behind belonged to us. That’s well above and beyond what is required. Fantastic trip, fantastic home, fantastic host! You will not be disappointed.

A perfect vacation to the keys!

The house was in the perfect location in a wonderful neighborhood! Very easy access to the public boat ramp and kept our boat at the dock with no problems for the week. The house is spacious and the AC works great! Cold at times actually. Pool was clean and lawn kept in great shape. Overall a great stay and highly recommend!

420 11th Street Key Colony Beach

The property size and configuration for our trip was ideal; however, the lack of basic maintenance made our stay disappointing. There is significant upkeep needed. There is a huge layer of dust on the living room fan. Dryer lint filter duct needs cleaning. When we vacuumed our way out of the house, there were several places that hadn't been vacuumed in some time. I had a significant list of items that need attention and when I tried to tell property manager, her comment was, "yes, I almost live there and know all about it and don't need your list." We had to put in new light bulbs in the drive to be able to see. it Replacement light bulbs on canal deck are needed. Lawn sprinkler by hot tub is a geyser. Left hand faucet in guest bath is falling off and barely usable, many cabinet doors need tightening to close properly, no light in fridge or either oven, Left side of 4 slice toaster won't work. Light/fan in last upstairs guest bedroom don't work properly with switches, When I left a message for the property manager because the spa wasn't working she told me what each of the buttons were for. I tried them and nothing happened. Her response "just wait for it, it takes a few minutes" - they never worked.

We’ve stayed here before about 4 years ago and it’s exactly the same as back then. Nice house, great location.

Wonderful! Very responsive property manager! House is perfect for multiple families! Dock is awesome for larger boats (ours is 36ft) Pool was a perfect way to end a day of fishing! Very clean! Screened in patio on second story was wonderful in the evening to wind down and relax!

Nice house but difficult property manager

To start off the house itself is very nice, upon arrival the house was supposed to be ready at 4:00 it wasn’t ready till 5:00. When we walked into the upstairs level there was a terrible odor coming from the refrigerator in the laundry room we discovered old spoiled food. When I went to put my daughters items in the downstairs bedroom there was a strong smell of urine, I completely stripped the bed and washed everything. When my husband and I got into bed (in the downstairs master) the bed collapsed on the 1st night. I immediately notified the property manager Meghan and she proceeded to blame us. Since this was our first day and we had just gotten into bed it was obvious the previous renters broke the entire bed frame. Meghan did send over a nice maintenance gentlemen to fix the bed frame the next day. The downstairs outdoor tv and living room tv never worked, the maintenance guy took the tv from the master and placed it in the living room so we would have one tv to watch in the downstairs area. I again notified Meghan and she stated the tv’s were working and offered nothing further. The major issues with this home is it is advertised for up to 13 people but no noise is tolerated. The property manager threatened to kick us out of the home several times and we have never had a complaint with any other vrbo's previously. Key colony beach and the property manager are both very strict. I would not recommend this property if you have children who want to swim or teenagers.

Beautiful home in Key Colony Beach

We were so happy with this home in Key Colony Beach (Marathon). We have stayed in this neighborhood before and it did not disappoint again. Very safe and family friendly! The home itself was very clean and even prettier than the pictures. The pool was a hit, as well as fishing in the canal and watching anything that was swimming by! Don't miss sunset at the park, very sweet tradition. We would gladly stay here again! Thank you!

Great family spot, responsive property managers!

We had a great time at this house. Plenty of space and ammenities. A few things popped up and owners were very responsive and respectful. Sure there are a few things that could be updated or fixed, but nothing that should stop you from booking!

Birthday celebration

We celebrated my wife’s 80th birthday over Christmas. Her daughter and son and families came. We chose Christmas week since some grandchildren are in college and some are working.The two units worked well with our 11 people. They were clean and well stocked with what was provided.

Great Location!

Our family enjoyed our week stay! The location was great, pool was perfect and ample space for 11 of us. The quick walk each evening to watch the sunset at Sunset Park and the Tuesday farmers market were our highlights. We would love to stay again in the future.

Lobster fest

This property is one of the best we stayed at. We have been coming to the keys since 1979. This home fits our needs perfectly. Beautiful home very clean. Loved it. We’ll be renting this home again in the future

Perfect Location

Our first trip to the Florida Keys with friends. 13 of us all together. Key Colony Beach is called the GEM of the Keys for a reason. The house had EVERYTHING we needed. Extra washer/dryer came in handy. Pool was delightful after a hot boat day. Accommodations were perfect, Very Clean, neighborhood was quiet, clean, and peaceful. Sunset Beach at the end of the street is beautiful. The city of KCB does have some strict rules, but we followed them, and there were no issues. I think they have the rules to keep it peaceful and family friendly. We spent our days fishing, snorkeling, and at sand bars. Our nights in the pool and playing games. We will most definitely be back. We would love to try another area of the Keys, but I don't think we will find a house more perfect than this one.

Wonderful Friends Vacation

We joined our friends of over 20 years and their children for a memorable week in the Keys. The house was fully stocked, clean, and the pool was a particular favorite. We did not know that the units were not accessible to each other from the inside (no staircase connecting the bottom unit with the top). But it worked out fine for our group. Would definitely recommend this house for a multi-generational trip. The house boasted 3 refrigerator/freezer, stocked trash bags, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, soaps, etc. It added a nice touch to our stay.

Key colony 420/430

The host Meagen was so nice. The place was everything we wanted. Beautiful spot on the water with a pool. Easy access by water or road. The community its in was is so gorgeous. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Weather you want to take a jog or ride a bike you can with the comfort of feeling safe. We will be booking again in the future.

What a nice hidden gem in KCB!

The house is gorgeous, tastefully decorated with a beachy theme. The house is super clean, stocked kitchen with the utensils, plates, pots, pans...etc. The local grocery store, Publix is about 6 mins away. KCB has a very safe, secure atmosphere and the locals are friendly. The pool/spa is a bonus which allowed us water fun without having to go to the beach everyday. There is plenty of room in the house for everyone, it sleeps 14. My husband and I stayed in the lower part of the house and the adult kids upstairs. We felt like we had lots of privacy. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

Wonderful Fun Stay

This home is beautiful. All rooms were used. Perfect size for all of us. I’d say the hub of the home was downstairs for us. We did all the cooking and fun downstairs by the pool. The dock was perfect for our 27.8 foot boat. Easy access from Vaca Cut and to the ocean for fishing. Excellent location in the middle if they keys in Marathon. Would love to come back again in the future. Maybe for two weeks next time. Try this place, you won’t be disappointed.
