The whole package here!!! You will not want to leave. Beautiful three bedroom, 2 bath plus den home located in quite neighborhood cul-de-sac with quick and easy access to shopping, interstate and the many entertainment venues that Phoenix has to offer. On a corner lot and backing on to green space this 1800 square foot home can sleep 8 comfortably featuring a master bedroom King with 36” LCD TV, two other bedrooms featuring queen and two twin beds in addition to a den with comfortable Murphy Queen wall bed. Large open kitchen fully equipped with all the hardware to prepare meals fit for a King. Large open living room with comfortable leather furniture awaits you to relax and take in your favorite programs on the 46” flat screen HD TV. Home is also equipped with high-speed Internet access to surf the net or keep in touch with things back home. You can also connect to our printer. To top it all off the back yard features a refreshing HEATED swimming pool equipped with diving board and water feature, BBQ and patio set along with external sound system to make for a truly relaxing atmosphere. All linens, towels and sundries supplied along with a washer and dryer just in case you need it. We have lots of beach and bathroom towels.

Property is conveniently located near the junction of 101 Loop and the I17 with beautiful Sedona about 90 minutes up the road. There are tons of great restaurants and shopping within a few blocks and a 30-screen movie theatre nearby. Pyramid shopping center located within 3 miles and approximately 15 miles to the Anthem outlet mall. All this along with numerous golf courses, sports and entertainment venues nearby to take in your favorite activity. 15 minute drive to see the NHL’s Coyotes or NFL’s Cardinals play or catch some spring league Baseball with the San Diego Padres and the Seattle Mariners making their spring league home at nearby Peoria Sports complex. Thunderbird park nature preserve is right around the corner and offers extensive hiking and biking trails for outdoor enthusiasts. The Phoenix area typically offers 330 sunshine days per year so lots of opportunity to enjoy and have some fun in the sun.

Perfect stay.

From the heated pool to a well stocked kitchen, it was wonderful. Everything you need is available. Very quiet neighbourhood. Owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Great Winter get-away

4 retirees spent 2 weeks in February...This well-stocked home anticipated our needs. We had plenty of room to spread out. Nice neighborhood, convenient to 101 and I-17

Great location!!!

We enjoyed our time at this home. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and cookware. There was plenty of room for our visitors. Location is great for getting around the city.

Reasonable

Nice property. Unfortunately due to maintenance and upkeep issues, we were unable to use the pool our entire stay. The owner did work with us on some concessions, but it was disappointing.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful home, GREAT pool in a lovely backyard! The home is well stocked with kitchen supplies for preparing and serving food, plus, pool floats, games, beach towels, and more.

Excellent in every way

Stayed for the month and it felt like leaving home at the end. The house was exactly as described and communication with the hosts was prompt and friendly. The location is very convenient, quiet, and safe (neighborhood was residential and welcoming). The primary bedroom was a standout with the king bed being very comfortable and the bathroom’s spacious shower with ample space for our 6’4” guy. Nice to have the toilet separate, too. Everything was well stocked and easy to find. We cooked most nights and the kitchen had everything needed. We used the grill and outside heat lamp often to enjoy dinners on the lighted patio. The orange tree was a delight. Having the heated pool was nice, though January temperatures are 50’s-high 60’s for the most part. Once you’re in - stay in :) Wish we had booked it for longer- could have happily stayed all winter.

Nice house, very accommodating!

Beautiful house had everything you need. After being let down by another property owner & put up in a hotel for 2 nights, Dale's house was available for us to book last minute. He asked the cleaning crew to clean his house asap & they came through. The pool was a bonus. The master bed were very comfortable, no back aches (I forgot to look at the brand, that's how much we liked it). The dens Murphy bed was a bonus as well! We will definitely rent this property again next time we are out in Arizona. Thank you again!!

Amazing

I stayed here for 6 weeks and absolutely loved it! I booked the house for myself (senior) and my son's family who were RVing nearby so the grandkids could come over and I could cook meals for everyone. The owners are wonderful to deal with--very responsive. The kitchen is THE BEST STOCKED kitchen I have ever stayed at. They have large pans, large pots, roasters, air fryer--everything you would need. They even had a Christmas tree we could put up! We didn't use the pool as much as I thought we would because the weather wasn't warm enough but we did use it a few times. There are no handrails to aid in getting in and out of the pool. The backyard is lovely with plenty of chairs and table to enjoy the outdoors. The oranges weren't quite ready on the orange tree but they were beautiful to look at and smell. It truly was a delight to stay here. It was close to numerous stores and restaurants and easy access to most anywhere. I hope to stay here again!! It was easy check-in and out.

Awesome home!

We rented this home in Glendale, AZ with another couple, and the reality was way beyond our expectations! This was the first BIG vacation for any of us, in many, many years, therefore much of the process was new to us. The owners, Cam and Dale, were so helpful and answered any question or concern we wondered about, both in the months before our arrival and during our stay. The printed manual they provided gave lots of info about the home and suggestions of things to do in the area. It is very comfortable and cozy. This place has EVERYTHING you could possibly look for in a "home away from home". The kitchen was amazingly stocked with every appliance, utensil, and cooking/baking pan we could possibly want. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the in-home laundry was so appreciated. We checked in after 9 days on the road, so being able to wash and dry our clothes on the premises, both upon our arrival and before our departure, was invaluable! (detergent, bleach, softener etc. even supplied!) This property is conveniently located near restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do including two of our favorites: Cerretta's Candy Company and the Brewers' spring training baseball stadium at Maryville. The backyard private heated pool was refreshing, the patio was fantastic for relaxing, and the gas grill was handy. We made use of all of these frequently. The beautiful smelling orange tree on the patio was loaded with oranges, and in the peak of its season. To be able to have fresh squeezed orange juice and the novelty of picking fruit right from the tree was amazing, as well as tasty. The neighbors were friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it! Thank you to Cam and Dale for a helping to make this a fantastic vacation we'll remember for years to come!

Spring break in Glendale, AZ

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful home in Glendale Arizona through Vrbo during spring break, and it was an amazing experience! The home itself was stunning, boasting modern decor and plenty of space for our family. Every room was thoughtfully designed, making it feel both luxurious and cozy. The natural light that filled the space added to the overall ambiance, creating a perfect environment to relax and unwind.One of the highlights was the great pool! It was well-maintained and a perfect size for both swimming and lounging. My family spent countless hours enjoying the sun by the poolside, making unforgettable memories together.The neighborhood was also lovely, with a friendly atmosphere and beautiful homes surrounding us. We enjoyed taking leisurely walks through the area and found some great local spots to explore.Overall, this Vrbo stay was fantastic! I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful spring break experience in Arizona. We can’t wait to return!

Beautiful Pool

The pool is great. Beautiful, great temp, being deeper with a diving board made it more useful to a 8 year old. The house is large and open. Communication with the owners was easy and timely.

Great property. The heated pool was fantastic! Nice house with everything we needed. Great location close to 101 Loop. The gas grill was nice to have to stay in and enjoy the pool. Dale the owner was so easy to work with and responded quickly to any message. Would definitely recommend. It was a great week!

Clean and Comfortable

I rented this home with a group of friends while in town for an event- plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable. It was clean and well supplied. The backyard was a great place to sit and unwind at the end of the day. Communication with the owner was excellent and the check-in was efficient and easy to maneuver.

Great Family Home

This is the perfect Family getaway home. Lots of space in quiet area, with HEATED pool. Kids loved to be in the back yard, while Mom suntanned, and Dad relaxed with a beer & the BBQ. Close to hiking trails & shopping. We didn't need much more. Thank you Dale & Family for having us!

Home away from home.

Communication with owner helped make us feel welcome and comfortable. Great place to relax, fantastic location, easy access to freeways. Nice and quiet. Fantastic pool made the desert heat bearable. Already planning on staying here next time we visit Phoenix.

Lovely Warmup Getaway

Spent 4 nights at the beginning of April and had a lovely time. The house was as represented, with all the amenities we needed. The pool was lovely. The diving board was broken but that was not a concern for us but the owner was in the process of trying to get it fixed. Only real drawback for us was there really was no room to park our mid-size SUV in the garage. Maybe if you have a small car it would be better. The house has seen some wear (like all rentals it seems), but it is clean, functional, quiet neighborhood, and has a nice pool. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable Home - Great Pool - Quiet Neighborhood

The check-in was quick and easy. I corresponded before and during the stay, a couple of times with a few questions and the owner was gracious and prompt in the response each time. The backyard felt like a little oasis with lush landscaping. We upgraded to have the pool heated and it was well worth it. We spent hours hanging out as a family swimming, playing cards, and eating outside. The location is convenient for shopping, groceries, and activities. We can't wait to stay here again on our next visit!

House and property were exactly as pictured!

We had to clean off the pool cover on arriving as it had quite a few leaves on it that we didn't want to get in the pool. I assume the pool hadn't been used by the guests before us. Our kids couldn't wait to get in the pool so it was no big deal. Easy to clean and we used it every day.

A great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Phoenix. This house is very nice, the pool is wonderful and the location is right near the expressway so it’s easy to get to all the places you may want to visit. I would definitely like to stay here again next time we come for spring training baseball.

We had an excellent stay at this property! It was better than the pictures, and being from Minnesota during Covid, we spent a ton of time in the lovely backyard, entertaining our pregnant daughter and son-in-law and other relatives in the area. Having a heated pool was a wonderful bonus! The owner, Dale, is a delight to deal with. When staying in a place for a month, you will probably have questions. Dale was prompt and considerate and patient with my questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Quint and cozy. Quiet and nice neighborhood. All is provided with utensils, pans, pots, dishes. Due to COVID we did bring a lot of our own things. BUT, the house was great with 4 adults and 4 children! Highly recommend!
