We are excited to share our beach condominium with our guests. The kitchen features new granite countertops with modern glass tile backsplash. The floors have convenience of ceramic tile throughout the condominium. All bedding features the utmost in comfort and style. The condo is located on the beach next door to the Perdido Beach Resort and across the street from Sanroc Cay marina (easy walking distance). The marina features fishing charters, upscale shopping, gourmet dining, jet ski rentals and parasailing. Our Summer Breeze property is only 3 miles from Florida state line, a short drive down the scenic coast highway. Also close to many other marinas, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping opportunities. Summer Breeze is beside the Perdido Pass (inter-coastal waterway) which offers excellent fishing under the bridge, along the seawall and jetties. Across from Perdido Pass (10 minute walk) is a 100 acre state park preserve offering solitude, picnicking, beach walking, shelling and fishing.

The unit features comfortable decor with the amenities you want, all at an affordable price! Summer Breeze is a small complex consisting of only 21 units over 3 floors. This unit is located on the ground floor directly across from the swimming pool. You can unload your car 30 feet from the front door. This complex is gated from both the street and beach.

The unit has a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private bath and separate entrance to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen bed plus a daybed with trundle, and a bathroom. Our condo has TV's in each bedroom and in living area, a wifi Blue ray DVD player, Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker and range. Every effort has been made to fully stock the kitchen with dining and cooking necessities. Unit has large laundry room with full-size washer and dryer and shelves for extra storage. The sectional sofa is not a sleeper. There are beautiful ceramic tile floors throughout this condo, enabling easy maintenance with modern style. Our unit is almost 1000 sq. ft. Colorful, modern decor reminds you that you are on vacation at the beach! Back doors open to patio and landscaped backyard with limited beach view. Patio is furnished with outside dining table and 4 chairs, plus 2 beautiful lounge chairs. Complex offers a large grill area for cookouts just a few steps from unit. Complex provides a private boardwalk to beach. This boardwalk is located just steps from our back door. The walk to the beach on this boardwalk takes approximately 1-2 minutes.
