A large bright living room includes a very well equipped fitted kitchen, a living room with sitting area (sofa bed) and flat screen TV.
You will also appreciate the moments of relaxation in the slate veranda.
Various comfort facilities are available: washing machine, dishwasher in the cellar, bathroom (shower with thermostatic tap), w. vs. independent, heating (with supplement) and Wifi internet access.

Each apartment has 2 recently renovated double bedrooms: one bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and one double: 2 single beds (or a large 160x200 bed).
Beds can be made on arrival (with a supplement of 10 euros per bed).
You will appreciate the cupboards with wardrobe and shelves in each room and in the adjoining corridor.
Free supply of a travel cot and high chair.

The 1st floor apartment includes a large, bright living room with:
-a living room under the mezzanine, a living room with fireplace and flat screen TV
-a fitted kitchen, equipped with a new oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a hob (gas) is adjoining the living room.
-An independent WC with washbasin.
In the sleeping area, 2 recently renovated double bedrooms:
-a bedroom with 1 140x200 bed and 2 bedside tables.
-and a double: a large bed of 160x200 or 2 beds of 80x200 and 2 bedside tables.
- Cupboards with wardrobe and shelves in each bedroom as well as in the adjoining corridor.
-A large modern, bright bathroom with double vanity units, a large walk-in shower with thermostatic tap, equipped with a folding seat and grab bars, and a WC. Adapted for people with reduced mobility.
The washing machine is available in the laundry room on the ground floor. Clothes horse and washing line available.
Access to the apartment is via an external staircase which leads to a balcony.

- Hiking and cycling (the cottage is located near the many hiking trails of Erdeven. Over 80 kilometers in the countryside, towards megaliths, towards beaches, dunes, the Ria d'Etel ...)

- Leisure parks (addicted to Adrenaline Forest branches, Le P’tit Délire play park) 6 kms
