Great Location!

We had an amazing trip to Lake Shasta. The house is great with amazing lake views. Easy access to the water and very close to the marina. Shasta Lakeshore retreats are always great! We will be back next year for our annual Shasta trip.

Our stay at Shasta Lakeshore Retreats was exceptional. The homes are truly impeccable — beautifully maintained, thoughtfully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail made the experience feel elevated and effortless. The staff was attentive, welcoming, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish. Lori and Dave are amazing hosts and managers who go above and beyond to create a wonderful guest experience. We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to coming back next year!

Amazing

The home was beautiful and cozy. enough rooms for a big family like ours! Great views all around. Loved that it was directly near the water. The hot tub was also nice! Everything was perfect and comfortable. Would definitely visit here again.

Wonderful Experience at Retreat # 3

We stayed here eight nights and the house was amazing. The home was very clean when we arrived. Well stocked with amenities including wood burning fireplace, hot tub, hammock and kayaks. We had all our meals on the outside deck, which had a beautiful view of the lake.I have rented many homes throughout my years and Lori, the host, is the best. Always got right back to me when I reached out to her. The whole process was exceptional organized and communicated in a timely manor.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We stayed at retreat number 3 and found it to be better than described, the house has plenty of room for everyone, a fabulous view and location right on the lake, plenty of amenities to enjoy out getaway stress free, Lori was quick to respond to any needs or concerns, we will be back next year!

Lakefront views are the best of any of the dozen or so homes we’ve stayed. Owners are very helpful.

From the time I reserved until after we left the owners were awesome. House is beautiful and has the best views of the lake.

Absolutely Amazing Stay!

Lori and Dave were incredible hosts—responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. The cabin was absolutely immaculate and stocked with everything you could possibly need. This is by far the most impressive rental I’ve ever stayed at. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made it so easy to cook without having to improvise or bring extra gear. Communication was top-notch before, during, and even after our stay. We loved it so much, we’ve already booked our return trip!

Awesome!!

We stayed here in July and it was awesome to anchor the boats in front of the house! Water was close enough for many daily swims and paddle boarding ❤️ the host communicated instantly and we had a wonderful time.

Lori & Dave do a fantastic job with their rentals. They go out of the way to provide a great experience and stay in communication to ensure you have no issues or questions. The place was fantastic! We have not been disappointed with any of our stays. This is our 4th year renting here.

Beautiful Property

This was an amazing property to share with family. The location is amazing. I would recommend, however, the home could use a little more deep cleaning. I would use the property again.

Right on the Lake

The house has recently been remodeled and the owners did a fantastic job! Everything was neat and tidy and well appointed. Would definitely recommend this property. It’s located directly on the lake in a quite neighborhood.

We had the best time!

We loved this house. Even with the low lake level, it was amazing. The views were great, the cleanliness was on point and we brought more than we needed as the house was stocked with pretty much everything. Thank you Lori and David!

Wonderful Home in the Beauty of the Shasta Moutains

This home had everything described. Tons of a room for a large family and surrounded by nature. Home was clean and had all of the amenities you would expect from a vacation rental. Had a couple of questions and owner responded immediately. Had a wonderful time!

Nice house, great location, breathtaking views!

I rented this house for a girl's trip, for my daughter's 30th birthday. There were 7 of us staying at the house. The house was clean, well stocked and easy to find. Plenty of comfortable beds, and the living room / dining room easily accommodated us all. The water level was low during our stay, but the lake was still just a very short walk to get to. We all really enjoyed our weekend - I would rent here again.

Fantastic Lake front multi-family rental

We had the BEST time at Retreat 3. It is right on the lake, very easy access down to the water (when lake is full). It is super safe for children and parents can watch from the porch. The house is VERY well equipped. We wanted for nothing. The entire house was comfortable for our group of 8 - had plenty of room to spread out and hang around. The outside mini fridge, bbq and patio set were awesome for late nights. We will be back again soon!

comfortable and great amenities

Love being walking distance to the water. With the large deck we can enjoy the great views and have easy access to the water. This year we anchored the boat off shore so were able to play on the shoreline while having easy access to the boat, music, etc. Just hope the marina w/gas comes back soon!

Amazing View and comfortable house

We loved Retreat #3. Very clean when we arrived and smelled clean. House was comfortable and very well equipped. Newly remodeled kitchen was nice. House is older but you can tell it has been well taken care of. The view of the lake was absolutely AMAZING! Very close to Sugarloaf Marina. The driveway was very steep and not ideal to park your boat in the driveway, but not bad for your cars and trucks. If I had any complaint at all, it would be the bed pillows were very flat. That’s just not my thing and I will bring my own next time I stay. We will be staying here again.

Perfect!

Our Shasta vacation was perfect thanks to having a house that met all of our needs. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together or find a quiet space. All of the beds were comfortable and clean. The master bedroom felt like it's own guesthouse! The covered porch was perfect for dining, playing games and watching the action on the lake. We'll be back for sure!
