Fall in love at Sea it All, a beautiful 1-bedroom condo at Emerald by the Sea Resort that sleeps 4. Located on the east end of the Galveston Seawall, you’ll be steps from the beach and minutes from top dining, shopping, and entertainment.

This breezy 6th-floor studio offers spectacular ocean and downtown views, nautical décor, and an open living area with a well-equipped kitchen (including a Keurig) and plenty of natural light. Relax on the private corner balcony or unwind on the comfy sofa with the wall-mounted TV.

Sleeping arrangements include a King bed and a daybed with trundle. The spacious bathroom features double sinks and an impressive 8-ft shower.

Located on the pool level, Sea it All is just 40 steps from the stunning 166-ft heated infinity pool, plus a sports pool, swim-in spa, open-air cabana, swim-up bar, and massive hot tub. Guests also enjoy access to resort amenities including secure parking, trolley service, grilling areas, a movie theater, fitness center, sky lobby, and game room.

Disappointed

The condo was nice but had no kind of window coverings in it at all. The problem was not having them in the bedroom. There are houses and businesses all around and can see into the condoCalled property manager and talked to them. He toldUs there was supposed to had blinds installed before we got there but it was not done Kept saying they would call us back but never didThis was our second honeymoon tripAlso had to call property manager just to check in because they never sent an email into the check in desk about our reservation

First want to say that I reached out to coastal connect about my experience throughout the stay and at the end of the stay regarding these issues. The condo is nice. The building is pretty nice especially on the inside. The outside is super dingy and pretty scary upon arrival but, once you make it to the garage and go in, it’s a different story. When we arrived - we had my daughters sleeping on a pull out. No sheets or comforter were to be found. I left coastal connect know immediately. He had housekeeping bring some but they brought twin sheets - no comforter, and the sheets didn’t fit. Previously he told me to buy a set of sheets and he would reimburse me for that. So I did just in cases housekeeping didn’t bring them. Since they didn’t fit we had to use them. Again, never got reimbursed. The condo is apparently recently remodeled but they never put shades or blinds up. Terrible to get sleep because it’s so bright. Once the sun rises the whole place is lit up and hot from the sun. Told coastal and nothing was done while we were there. Vrbo ad says laundry - absolutely no laundry facility there. No ice machines anywhere which is crazy for a condo but not a deal breaker. Lastly - because this place is mainly residents it was a pain in the butt to do anything. Who wants to stay at a place where you’re being watched because you don’t live there? You have to check in on every thing you do, and for instance I ate at a table by the pool to find out it must be reserved

Nice location but could use some upgrades

First off, the location is great. Away from the super busy part of the beach. But still able to get down there to experience the night life and Pier. The condo itself could use some upgrades in terms of the pillows… they were all smushed and stained. The shower was in need of a deep clean as you could see mildew and other dirt on the bottom portion of the shower tiles and door. Bring slippers or socks bc the carpet tacks can poke you through the carpet. Important to note: there are different times for guests vs owners for various things (pool, gym, game room, theater room). Overall, good location but will probably stay at another venue next time.

Best start ever!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this stay. This was the best stocked unit I have ever used! The decor is awesome, love the location and the cantina is so fun. We certainly plan to stay with Ron and Connie again!

A little disappointed

We love the Emerald! It is a beautiful and well-kept property with excellent staff. This is our third stay at Emerald, each time in different units. The unit we stayed this time was somewhat disappointing. Just minor things and probably some personal preferences. The king bed was amazingly comfortable, but the linens were well-worn and the blanket inadequate, too thin. The pillows also seemed to need to be replaced. Several of the blinds on the windows did not work well. The inside handle on the entry door pulled off at one point, but we repaired it. We replaced the salt and pepper shakers as they were empty. The kitchen was stocked enough but again serving-ware could use an update. One of the drawers in the kitchen was difficult to pull in and out. We found the chairs in the living room uncomfortable, but the couches are very nice!!! Would have liked a real desk chair as I am a writer who spent time at the desk. Also odd that there was not a small dining table. Us old folks don’t do well on bar stools! All this said, we will definitely stay at the Emerald again, but will probably avoid this particular unit. We did have a pleasant stay, and greatly enjoyed the Dickens Festival!

2023 Galveston /Mexico cruise vacation

Room was beyond what we expected. Pool area was next level awesome. Extremely close to the beach, restaurants and cruise terminal. I would definitely stay here again.

Just What the Therapist Ordered

My niece’s therapist told her she needed a weekend away with no husband and no kids. This condo was just what the doctor ordered. As it turned out, more than one of us needed that prescription. The room was spacious, the bed and the sofas were comfy! We spent so much time just talking and relaxing. We never used the tv but it is nice and big. The view from the balcony is just awesome! The pool is amazing! We wished we had booked another night! The welcome packet included all the information we needed. We will definitely be back!
