- The main villa (up to 6 people): it has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms (3 double beds of 140cm), 2 bathrooms, living room, equipped kitchen with American bar, terrace, garden, indoor parking for several vehicles and private swimming pool.
For large groups, it is possible to rent an additional 2 adjoining apartments to the villa below the main building.
Each of these F2 (for 2 to 4 people each with separate access) has an air-conditioned bedroom (140 double bed), a bathroom, a lounge with sofa bed and an equipped kitchen.
Air conditioning: yes in every room.
Kitchen equipment: cooker, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, various kitchen utensils and complete set of crockery, etc.
Multimedia equipment: telephone (restricted to the department), flat-screen television, DVD player, ADSL Internet with Wi-Fi.
Miscellaneous equipment: baby cot, washing machine, iron, barbecue, hair dryer, parasol, cool box.
Enclosed garden/terrace: Enclosed garden of 600 m² with barbecue.
Swimming pool: yes swimming pool (7.5m x 3.5m depth up to 1m70) chlorinated secured with removable barrier, sun loungers and outdoor shower. Reserved for villa guests.
Linen: household linen (sheets, bath towels, excluding beach towels...) is provided.
Associated services: the rate includes pool maintenance once a week. Possibility with an additional charge to have the services of a cleaner.
To know:
- The rate corresponds to the provision of the main villa alone + the 2 apartments below. Contact us to obtain a quote for smaller groups (provision of the villa alone or with only 1 apartment).
- Deposit to be paid following receipt of the booking contract and balance no later than 30 days before the stay (ANCV cheques accepted) except in the case of booking via Airbnb.
- Consult us for conditions in case of cancellation, possibility of taking out cancellation insurance.
- A security deposit of 1600 euros (uncashed cheque) is required upon entry to the premises and returned at the end of the stay following inventory.
- End of stay cleaning package of 275 euros to be paid on site.
- No parties or receptions are permitted.
