4-guest gite with shared pool Lanildut

Welcome to this charming semi-detached house with independent access, located in Lanildut in a green and peaceful setting. Its pleasant environment, close to the sea and its large heated shared swimming pool promise you a stay combining comfort and disconnection.

On the ground floor:

A bright space comprising a convivial living area (table and 4 chairs) and a lounge corner equipped with a flat-screen television.

An open and equipped kitchen for preparing your meals (top refrigerator, microwave oven, small oven, two hob plates, coffee maker, teapot and toaster).

A functional bathroom with shower and sink, as well as an independent toilet.



On the first floor:

Bedroom 1 equipped with a double bed (140 cm), a comfortable armchair and a storage chest of drawers.

Bedroom 2, ideal for children or friends, it has two single beds (90 cm) with their bedside tables, a clothes rail, as well as a folding spare bed (90x200).

For your comfort, the house provides a high chair and a baby bed, an ironing board and an iron, as well as cleaning supplies.



Enjoy a private open garden with a terrace equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, ideal for your summer grilling.

A beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool, fully secured and heated from May to September, shared with only two other rentals.



Lannilis is inserted between two abers, the Aber-Benoît to the south-east and the Aber-Wrac'h to the north-east, which open onto the English Channel and the Atlantic Ocean.

Visits, monuments, local culture, heritage, culinary and legends, Lannilis will not leave you cold, just like the oysters from Prat-ar-Coum.

The Devil's Bridge (Pont Krac'h), which allows crossing the Aber Wrac'h, connects Plouguerneau to Lannilis.

The port of Paluden, very calm, is protected from the storms that lash the coast.

Cultural events and festivities: the market takes place on Wednesday morning. The 1st Saturday of August: Mussel Fair.
