Dunder Mountain Views Cabin Retreat is a beautiful three level home just minutes from shopping & restaurants. Located in the Bluff Ridge area, this retreat sits on top of a ridge overlooking lush pines with a wide-open view of the Smoky Mountains and features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 sitting rooms, and game room. Guests will love the spaciously designed log cabin and the feeling of being surrounded by nature! The amenities are endless in this beautifully decorated cabin with WIFI, Roku, recessed lighting and ceiling fans, and the list goes on. It definitely has something for everyone to enjoy their time in the cabin! The main level has a King bedroom with carpet, ceiling fan, and TV. The living room has a gas fireplace, sofa, loveseat, chair, ceiling fan, wood flooring, and vaulted ceiling with lots of windows for enjoying the natural scenery and the mountain views! A fully equipped kitchen and a large pantry for storing extra food with wood flooring are also on this level, along with a full bathroom. The upper level offers guests a lofted bedroom with a King bed, 1 set of twin bunkbeds, a Queen sleeper sofa, TV, and carpet with a full bathroom that has wood flooring. The lower level offers guests a King bedroom with ceiling fan, carpet, 2 easy chairs, and a TV. Guests will love the sitting room that offers a sectional sofa, TV, 1 set of twin bunkbeds with carpet and ceiling fan. Guests will enjoy the game room that offers a ping pong table/pool table as well as the TV. There is also a full bathroom with a standup shower, wood flooring, and a full-size washer/dryer on this level. Outside you'll find two levels of decks with something for everyone to enjoy! Guests will love relaxing after an exciting day in the bubbling hot tub enjoying nature at its best! The main level deck is a partial wraparound with a covered hot tub, wooden bench, wooden swing, 2 patio sets for 2, a patio set for 4, and a gas grill for those outdoor grilling enthusiasts! The covered lower level deck offers a patio set for two for enjoying the scenery. Get your camera ready...the views are breathtaking & change through the day from the sunrise & mist floating from the mountains to the sunset highlighting the ridges of Mt. Great cabin! Plenty of beds, great fireplace, great balcony with a view. The only negative was it was tough to find in the dark on the first night. Iā€™m sure there are clearly visible house numbers somewhere but we just missed them. Nothing a 5 minute game of ā€œIs this it?ā€ didnā€™t remedy.

Overall very good. Comfortable beds and sofas. Easy check in and check out. Good views. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. A few things that could be improved-vertical blinds in main floor bedroom need replacing, kitchen area needs a little more light, streaming to tvā€™s was sporadic, tried the hot tub one night but it never warmed up after about 45 minutes. We would stay there again.

Two weeks ago, I had the absolute pleasure of staying and I'm still dreaming about it! From the moment we pulled up, we knew we'd found something special.The cabin itself was just perfection. It struck that ideal balance between rustic charm and modern comfort. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the cozy, inviting decor to the well-stocked kitchen that made preparing meals a joy. We especially appreciated the incredibly comfortable bed, the roaring fireplace, the spacious deck with stunning views, the hot tub under the stars. It was clear that the owners put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home.Beyond the cabin's interior, the surroundings were simply breathtaking. Nestled deep in the woods, Perched on a hillside overlooking the lake.

Very nice Spacious Cabin

We had a great time. A couple of areas for improvement would be the lighting. It wouldā€™ve been better if there were brighter and more lights throughout the entire cabin. Also, the cookware needs to be updated. The place was very spacious especially the loft bedroom! Very nice. We all enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Awesome cabin

We loved staying at this cabin. Beautiful view of the mountains. We seen a bear out front. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures. I would rent this cabin again. The only issue we had was some sort of animal in the attic making noise maybe squirrels. But overall this place was amazing šŸ’—šŸ™‚

Dunder Mountain Vacation

This was an amazing place we saw a bear it sat in the backyard looking up at us for over an hour it came by twice the cabin was very clean need more towels so bring some with you. The activities are close by only took 20 min to get to Dollywood. The only problem we had was the dryer quit working and someone come and fixed it. The view is amazing would definitely stay again

Nice property good location one the best views i ever seen wifi is not the best and upstairs tvs are not newer roku so you cant stream to them but still a 10 out of 10 will stay again multiple bear sightings and every other animal as well look foward to coming back.

Great View

This cabin has a great view of Mt. LeConte. It was nice to relax on porch in the morning or after a day of hiking. The cabin was clean and had plenty of room for two families. However, the check-in process could use improvement. Instead of giving us a guaranteed check-in time, we had to wait until we received a text notifying us that it was ready. This made planning our arrival difficult.

Beautiful view and cabin

The view and cabin was amazing! Super big and roomy Hot tub and pool table/table tennis was great! Our family had an awesome time/experience!!! If you are a cooker there are just bare minimum of things The pots and pans were in pretty bad shape and there are no tissues, scrub pads, any type of seasonings or anything. Not even salt and pepper shaker, Not a complete set of measuring cups. Everything is just a hodge podge of utensils, kitchen tools. Other than that it was wonderful Very clean

Stunning Views

If you are looking for beautiful views, look no further! The cabin is beautiful, plenty of space for 3 couples and children. The drive up is a little tedious (mountainous, curvy, a little difficult to navigate at nighttime due to no streetlights). The cabin has most everything you need, though we did find that we could have used more mixing bowls, wine glasses and some scissors (so bring those if you need). Very clean. The porch is wonderful with views for miles and miles that are just breathtaking. The third floor bedroom has gorgeous sunrise views from bed that are what dreams are made of. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

The cabin fit our family of twelve perfectly! It was clean. The view was absolutely beautiful! Being fans of The Office, we loved the decorations. The kids all really enjoyed the ping pong table. Our only complaint would be the locks on the bedroom and bathroom doors. They definitely need replaced. They weren't normal door handles with locks. We also couldnt figure out how to get live TV in the bedrooms, but we appreciated being able to watch Netflix. Overall, we loved staying here and may again in the future!

Arrived and the cabin was nice and as advertised. Nice view, clean except for the hot tub which had not been cleaned. It had algae growing in it. It had no chlorine it, no floater with tabs either. Also when I tried to use the gas grill, 2 burners would not light with the auto igniter. I could smell gas so it had some in the tank. I ended up having to light it manually with a match. The auto igniter that you press needs to be replaced and the grill needs a good cleaning. Also the main front eye on the stove doesnā€™t work as it should. I had to cook on the back large burner. Also cabin is rather dimly lit with all the lights on. No light over stove, it doesnā€™t work. One living room pillow had a hole and the dining room chair, the wooden brace kept falling out. Just cheap chairs, I had these same chairs at one time. Really nice cabin, it just needs some loving care. Also to the owner or maintenance, not sure if you know it but the wooden stand that the air conditioners/heat pumps sit on by the side of the house is falling. One leg is broken, this needs immediate attention. We did enjoy our stay tho, after the chlorine was added to hot tub we were able to enjoy it. We saw some wild turkeys walking by the house one morning.

Perfect family vacation

10/10 recommend!! Dundee mountain was the PERFECT cabin for our family vacation. Two families (4 people and 5 people) fit comfortably with room to spare! We were within 30 minutes of the gatlinburg strip, 15 minutes from pigeon forge, and 2 miles from a gas station/store. The porch was our favorite place to sit and the view was phenomenal. The cabin was stocked with all the basics and it was very handy to have a washer/dryer downstairs. The only downside in our opinion is that the kitchen could use some additional/better cookware. We will definitely book this cabin again. The communication with the property management was seamless and check in/checkout was super easy. We have stayed in several cabins around Gatlinburg and were happy with the drive to the cabin. Mountain roads are steep but this one wasnā€™t too uncomfortable. We are already planning a time for us to come back.

Great cabin

We loved this cabin. It had everything we needed and the view was amazing. Check in was a bit goofy. We never received a text saying the cabin was ready and it was well after 4:00. We texted and it was sent fairly quick. Fortunately, we werenā€™t to the cabin yet. GPS directed us to the wrong cabin but it was just the next one up the road. Dishwasher was leaking and never got fixed so we had to hand wash all dishes. There were only three of us so we had tons of room but I would caution large groups that the hot tub is rather small. It was fine for three but even four would start to get tight. Our fireplace wasnā€™t working but someone was there within 30 min (maybe sooner) and fixed it. The pilot light was out. It worked great after that. Even with our couple problems we loved this cabin and would return. It worked well for my family and most issues were addressed immediately, we were just disappointed with the dishwasher as we cooked most meals in.

Million dollar view

Beautiful scenery. Actually saw a bear on our way down the mountain. Could use some minor upgrades. Plenty of room for several families. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back to this cabin again.

Perfect cabin

Most breathtaking view of the mountains. Perfect for 2-3 separate families. Everyone had their own separate spaces. Distance from activities was perfect not to far from pigeon forge or Dollywood. The cabin was very clean and well taken care of. We would love to rent it again sometime in the future.
