The house includes a pleasant living room with a sitting area, a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the terrace, three bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes, a bathroom with independent toilets, a mezzanine with a bunk bed and a point of water that can accommodate children.

Quiet and comfortable, the house also benefits from a small tree-lined and sunny garden enclosed by walls, a terrace (which can be covered with a blind) and a garage for one car with bicycles available.

Loix is a charming village with a sweet atmosphere where life is good and is a privileged place to discover the salt marshes. It is ideally located in the center of Ile de Ré, allowing quick access to other villages by car or bicycle thanks to the cycle tracks (very close to the house.)
