Built in 2019, this open and spacious mountain modern 3bd/3ba home is beautifully furnished and has everything you will need. Enjoy amazing views from a sunny patio surrounded by the Gore Range and Ptarmigan Peak. Located in the gorgeous Summit Sky Ranch Resort with access to all the amenities: outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, yoga room, hiking trails, private Blue River fishing, the Aspen House and Lake House with sandy beach, paddle boarding. This beautiful mountain modern home is 2,150 square feet of open-concept living space including 2 spacious living areas -- plenty of room to spread out! Gather upstairs around a roaring fire, or chill downstairs and watch a Netflix movie in our media room. No detail has been overlooked to make your stay comfortable, including radiant heat flooring through the entire house. The open concept kitchen, living and dining area is ideally designed for hosting large groups. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including upgraded Bosch stainless steel appliances for the chef in your group. The main level has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, double vanity and toasty heated tile floors. The guest bedroom has a modern queen sized bed and a full bath with a bathtub/shower combo and heated tile floors.

The spacious lower level has a third bedroom with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, and a full bath with a walk-in shower (and toasty heated tile floors!). Also the lower level has a media room with a queen size pull out sectional sofa and a giant 70” flat screen TV complete with Comcast TV cable, high speed internet, and Netflix included. The mudroom and laundry room have plenty of storage for all your gear. Finally, a two-car garage has heated floors so your car will be warm and snow free when you head out on your adventures!

Take advantage of the outdoors and Rocky Mountain views on our spacious entertaining patio. You will enjoy the dining under the beautiful covered patio, and utilizing the gas grill to BBQ your meal; or just sitting around the fire pit and roasting S’mores!

Our cabin is located in the new Summit Sky Ranch Resort community, less than five miles north of the town of Silverthorne. No matter what time of the year you visit Summit Sky Ranch, there is always something wonderful to do! Winters bring world class skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding. Spring is a perfect time for fishing on our private section of the world class Blue River. Summer explodes with activities from biking, hiking, sailing, SUPing, free concerts, art shows, golf at the adjacent Raven Golf Course, fishing, shopping or fine dining in Breckenridge! Fall brings the beautiful colors of Summit County's aspen glow -- a great time to get out into nature and explore!

Guests at Summit Sky have access to a variety of Summit Sky amenities including the private hiking trails, private fishing waters on the Blue River, and the Aspen House with outdoor heated pool, two hot tubs and an outdoor fire pit. And now enjoy the summers at our NEW Lake House with a beach, hot tubs, fire pit, paddle boards, kayaks, BBQ and kitchen.

NOTE: There are currently some hour restrictions on usage of the Aspen House and Pool to balance crowd size. Available pool hours:

Monday–Friday: 10AM– 7PM
Saturday: 9AM– 2PM
Sunday: 2PM – 7PM

Outside of the amenitites available to you at Summit Sky Ranch, you can also enjoy several top ski resorts a short distance away, cross-country skiing with free groomed trails, sledding, snowshoeing trails, ice skating, mountain biking trails, SUPing, kayaking and sailing on Lake Dillon. There are also some fine shops and restaurants in Silverthorne, Frisco and Breckenridge waiting for you to explore.
