Nestled within a duplex, these two condos are cocooned amidst mature seagrape trees at the peaceful northern end of the world-renowned Seven Mile Beach, enveloped by a serene and upscale residential enclave that is removed from the hustle and bustle of the main resort areas.

Just offshore lie some of the most sought-after dive sites on the western end of Grand Cayman, with shallower reefs beckoning snorkelers, including the popular Cemetery Reef just a few hundred yards south. The condo can comfortably sleep 5 guests. Quiet and out of the way

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great property if you want to be away from the crowds but have a view. There is little to no beach and every day we were there, the waves were too big to swim. You have to have a car to be able to come and go, nothing is within walking distance. It was spacious enough for the three of us, had enough starter items that we didn't need anything once we arrived. The washer and dryer in the unit was a big help.

A week in paradise!

This 7 mile beach rental was nothing short of amazing! Spent the week relaxing and snorkeling sea side. Plenty of sand and beach to enjoy at this location, Nautilus 1. Paddle board provided for your enjoyment as well as plenty of beach chairs and towels. Tons of beautiful fish just off your beach along the shore line to see and if you are adventurous then you can snorkel out to the reef. The house has everything you could need including friendly staff that can assist with anything you need should you need to call on them. The shower knob was tricky at first trying to get the water hot, but after talking to the staff we got it figured out. I look forward to coming back again. The sunsets are amazing as well as that beautiful blue sea!

Great Location and Views

We loved our stay! Rental is in a great location close to 7 mile beaches, grocery and liquor stores, and restaurants, yet is very quiet. There was a good bit of erosion from Hurricane Helene so the beach in front of the condo was rocky, but we still enjoyed the deck and swimming once we were past the rocky area. Rental was clean, property manager was quick to respond. A great place to enjoy sunsets and relaxation!

Enjoyed our Family Vacation

Loved our stay! The house was in a great location in that it was a short ride to 7 Mile Beach and had everything you needed nearby including Grocery Store, Liquor Store, restaurants and a few small beaches. The house itself was well maintained and clean upon arrival. Ocean front was as shown in pictures with a small rocky beach but a nice little very private beach right next door. Kids 4&6 enjoyed looking for shells, sea glass and small ocean creatures in the rocks. Little rough for swimming for small kids but could be due to the windy weather. View was excellent from entire back of the house from both bed rooms, kitchen and deck. Loved the deck with grill, good seating and outdoor shower. Great place to stay if you want a quiet place to come back to after a day of excursions with a spot for a rental car. Would definitely stay at this house again.

Stunning ocean view

This is an amazing property with a perfect deck for basking in the sun or listening to the sound of the ocean. The ocean is literally just steps away though you might want to put on some water shoes for this area as it’s a bit rocky. The house is adorable with the kitchen ,living area, 2.5 bathrooms and bedrooms meeting all our needs. We ate at Heritage kitchen just a couple blocks away. Foster’s grocery store is within walking distance although we drove. We went and explored a few other beaches and found the ice chests that the house has for us to use, extremely handy to pack with sandwiches, snacks, and drinks. 7 mile beach was pristine and you mustn’t miss Stingray City.

Nautilus West Bay Stay

Nice location away from the crowds. The condo was clean and as advertised. Great deck overlooking the water creating nice area for any time of day or evening.

Great Location

Absolutely loved the location of Nautilus 1! Very quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the grocery store. The gorgeous beach off the back deck was perfection, we spent every day at the beach and every night listening to the waves from the deck! The property manager was very responsive, we hope to return again!

Amazing Vacation!

It was just as pictured or even better. The deck was so well landscaped and shaded with palm and almond trees, beautiful spot to sit in between snorkeling sessions. The most popular reef is directly out back door, no tour guide boat needed. Great beach house, wonderful property manager. Will be back!

Great Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying in the Villas. This particular unit is well equipt and has everything you need. They don't have any folding beach chairs to take to the other beaches, which would have been convenient. We did end up buying two and leaving them at the Villa so others can use them. We were awakened in the middle of the night from a burning smell coming from the A/C vents and immediately turned off the A/C. We called Shirley in the morning and she sent the HVAC contractor over in the afternoon. It was all fixed by the time we got back from the beach! We much appreciated her prompt response! The location is in a quiet residential area away from busy 7 mile beach. There were a lot of people and kids (families) hanging out in front of our condo on the beach, but that's to be expected with the beach access next door. The showers have a window in them that doesn't give you much privacy, so I would suggest not showering at night or anyone could see in. Otherwise, we had a wonderful trip and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful rocky ocean front beach with sand

This property is clean, well kept within a solid structure with hand rails going upstairs that support an elderly person. Ocean front is a bit too rough for an elderly person’s balance abilities. However, it is a short drive (20 minutes) to quiet beaches that are assessable to children and elderly. We appreciated the deck and semi private space outside. Water hoses outside made cleaning off our paddle board and water gear easy. We did some fabulous snorkeling and thoroughly enjoyed each day.

Great stay.

Exactly what is pictured. Only small complaint is the pillows. They aren’t great. Great snorkeling right outside with several restaurants and shops nearby…away from the cruise traffic. We loved it , but again…better pillows. We will be back.

Perfect Getaway

Nautilus One was perfect for my wife and I. We like to be away from crowded and busy locations. The condo description is very accurate as were the pictures. We did not rent a car but the grocery store, liquor store and a couple of restaurants were within easy walking distance. The beach did have a few rocks to navigate but we were able to get in the water to snorkel and swim. The property owner was wonderful and answered any questions that we had. We will definitely be back.
