Riverview Cabin at Ponds Lodge - Cabin 67
The River View Cabin is a comfortable 2,400 sq ft and sleeps 12. Whether you're passing through on your way to Yellowstone, or enjoying the trails on ATVs and snow machines, this cabin is easily accessible and conveniently located off of Hwy 20 in Island Park. You are going to love River View! On the main floor, you will find two king bedrooms (both with attached, full bathrooms), the kitchen/dining area, bathroom, and living room. The comfortable furniture is perfect for watching the fire, the big game, or better yet, the sun setting over the Buffalo River. Head upstairs if you need to do a little laundry, or retreat to one of the two, double queen bedrooms. The loft area upstairs also has a second, furnished living space and full bathroom. If you decide you don't want to cook, you'll be happy to hear River View is a short walking distance from a lodge with bar and restaurant. Did you forget to bring something? The lodge has a convenience store with the basics as well as a gas station. The local clinic is near the property too! Only 30 minutes to Yellowstone National Park.

The location and size of cabin was very nice. After a day of sightseeing is was nice to come back to the comfortable cabin and relax. Would have been nice to have 2 bathrooms upstairs since we all were adults but we dealt with what we had. We never got to enjoy the restaurant on property, but it looked very inviting. Would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Beautiful cabin

This was such a great cabin as far as functionality and so clean. The location from YNP was great. Would stay there again in a heart beat.

Cabin was great. River right behind cabin was a beautiful setting. Rooms were clean. Only knock is that you can hear a little highway noise when on the deck, but we weren't at the cabin enough to worry about it

Great stay

Great Cabin Meh Location

The cabin was adequate, decently stocked, and as described. No AC was a disappointment. The property is very close to the freeway, and the traffic noise was a bummer.

The perfect location for us to get away

We loved our stay at this cabin. It was exactly what we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the cabin was perfect for a group we had and everyone had ample space to enjoy themselves without feeling they were on top of one another. The proximity to the river was perfect for a quick night or morning of fishing and you couldn't have asked for better view. It was very central to what we did up there.

Absolutely wonderful!!

Property was clean, comfortable and the check in was a breeze!!! Casey was absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and promptly answered every question we had no matter how silly!!! Beds were super comfy and the pillows were so great we ordered them off Amazon!! We would absolutely stay here again!! Fyi-The pizza at Ponds was delicious!!! Our whole family had a phenomenal weekend. Thanks again Casey!!!

Great Family Cabin in Island Park

Great cabin at Pond’s Lodge in Island Park. Plenty of room for 10 to 12 adults with two master suites downstairs and two double queen bedrooms up stairs. Nice location right on the Buffalo River and only a mile from the Henry’s Fork and Island Park reservoir. Great view out the back and from the large deck. Very well equipped kitchen for do it yourself meals…plus Ponds Lodge restaurant only steps away and has really good food. Great home base for activities and site seeing. 30 minutes to YNP, 25 minutes to Mesa Falls, 15 minutes to Big Springs, 10 minutes to Harriman State Park…the “Railroad Ranch” for famed fly fishing. Definitely recommend.

PERFECT AGAIN!

This is our second year at Cabin #67 and it was just as perfect as last year!! Comfy beds, comfy pillows, super clean, lots of comfortable seating for movies, games or whatever, just great accommodations for everyone staying!! Plenty of space and kitchen is equipped for just what you'd need!! Casey is super easy, had prompt responses and made our stay flawless. We will be back again!!! My husband and I stay in VRBO's often throughout the year and this is one of our favorites. Thanks again Casey!!!!

Beautiful Home, Location & Views

It was the most relaxing, enjoyable vacation I've had in a long time. The cabin is beautiful and well-appointed and very comfortable. Did not realize we were there between seasons so although we couldn't rent snowmobiles, we were very happy to stay home, too. Plenty of room for 4 people and 2 dogs, beautiful kitchen and comfortable furniture and beds. Very happy we chose this cabin for our Thanksgiving vacation.

Great home - loved the stay

The home was fantastic and was exactly as listed. It was well furnished and was a wonderful home for our family to use for a few days. We visited Yellowstone National Park while there and found it an easy 20 minute drive to and from the park each day. The process to reserve the home under VRBO was great and the check and out was very easy. We spent our days in Yellowstone Park so we didn't do much exploring around the property but it was great to come back to after a long day of hiking and just relax.

Great place for family

We had our family vacation at the cabin. The cabin was clean, the beds were comfortable just an over great place. Only 30 minutes to Yellowstone City and to the Western Gate for Yellowstone park. The staff at check was very helpful.

Great cabin!

The cabin is very clean, has a lot of room, and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked with everything you could need. There were lots of movies and books for entertainment. The outdoor space is great with a firepit and the river right behind the cabin. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The location is very convenient - the Ponds lodge has a great restaurant and convenience store and you're a short drive from the state park and West Yellowstone. The only problem we had is with regulating the temperature in the cabin. The living portion of the cabin faces southwest and with no blinds, AC, or ceiling fan, the cabin got really hot in the afternoon/evening. The cabin did have a couple of box fans but these weren't able to cool things down with how hot it got. Overall, a great cabin and we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location

The cabin was in a great location, right behind ponds lodge. It was close to the river and some great trails. The close proximity to the lodge with its convenience store and restaurant was so nice. It was a short drive to the Henry’s Fork as well as West Yellowstone. The cabin is as very nice. It has a comfortable feel with some higher end amenities. It has something for everyone. The biggest draw back was the road noise from the deck or yard, but inside we could not hear it. I’d definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place

This is a beautiful place and well stocked. I do recommend that during the summertime when it is over 80* to have one of those personal AC (Evap Cooler) in bedrooms. Place does get hot and retain heat even with windows open and all fans blowing. Other than that we had a wonderful stay.

Family Trip to Yellowstone

The house was wonderful. It was clean well furnished and has a well equipped kitchen. My only disappointment was the beautiful back porch only had 4 cheap plastic chairs, all of which were cracked and broken.

Family trip

Loved the house. A moose came right in the backyard. So amazing. We got caught up in the historic flood and Yellowstone closing so we only got 1 day in the park. Snowed while we were there so being on the deck was a lot of fun… great place to stay.
