Mayan Princess 107 is a beautiful, spacious, one bedroom condo located in Port Aransas along Mustang Island. It is in a great location on the first floor with a fabulous view of the pools and easy access to the boardwalk to the beach. Mayan 107 has been completely remodeled with fresh paint, new cabinets and granite countertops in the kitchen and bath. It also offers a completely remodeled bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub for two. The kitchen is fully equipped with a smooth top range, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Everything is provided to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner or to cook up your Catch of the Day. Wi-Fi is available and there is a 46 flat screen TV in the living room with a DVD player, as well as a flat screen in the master bedroom. The living area is furnished with a leather sofa and sitting chairs. The Mayan Princess features three lagoon style swimming pools and a hot tub with a short boardwalk to the beach.
