Great house to relax, we had units 2 and 3 offering a total of 5 king beds. Absolutely perfect location in the heart of old town, we walked to everything and didn't have to worry about driving. I don't know what magic water they have in the pool, but it's always the perfect temperature.

Great Home in a Great Location

We had a great stay in Old Town. House was just as described and in a great location near everything that we wanted to do. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

Family Get together

We had a very good stay. The 2 apartment arrangement worked out good. The kids loved the pool, and I enjoyed watching them from the nice seating outdoors. We also enjoyed exploring Old Town San Diego. Overall, it was a good place to stay.

Amazing home in the heart of Old Town

This home is located in the heart of Old Town. Walking distance to all the restaurants and stores. The home was absolutely stunning. We were worried about parking, however that was not an issue at all. Our guests absolutely loved it. Definitely recommend staying here.

Perfect place for a great weekend!

This home was perfect for our big group. The interior of the house was great but the backyard with the pool, grill and games was fantastic. Location is also very good. Old Town and Gaslamp are a short Uber ride away and there’s a few restaurants/coffee shops walking distance. Katrina was a wonderful host. Very responsive and offered us early check in. I cannot recommend it enough!

Perfect place in perfect location

Can’t say enough about this place. We had 8 adults stay here for a bachelor weekend and it was perfect. Great place to hang out and chill before heading out to have fun out in town. Although it’s near a great restaurant / bar, it is in a residential area so I hope all future guests also respect keeping it down after late. The owners were great and deserve a lot of respect for all the work they have and continue to put in the units. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I don’t usually leave reviews for anything but I absolutely HAD to after this stay. If I could give it 10 stars I would. We rented the property for 13 girls celebrating a bachelorette weekend in San Diego. I was gearing up for a long, uncomfortable weekend but it was anything but. The rooms were so spacious, the beds were seriously the most comfortable VRBO/Airbnb beds I’ve ever slept in and the sheer amount of bathrooms was perfection, especially considering our group size. The pool was heated perfectly and the lawn games were such a nice addition. The host was so communicative and the location was great! Walking distance to coffee in the morning and just a super short uber to downtown.Definitely don’t skip out on this one!

Old town San Diego

When we 1st arrived we thought it was a very odd location for a Vrbo. After day one we realized it was actually a perfect location! Some walked all over to local stores & restaurants & some of us walked across a parking lot for amazing Mexican food at Rockin Baja Lobster. The place was great! A little surprised they didn't provide cleaning supplies(broom, dustpan,) or maybe we just didn't look hard enough. Otherwise all was great! I'd definitely recommend this place!

Great Place

We had a family get together and we stayed at this property. It was perfect for us. Its in the heart of Old San Diego and there is lots of activities around there. You can walk from the property to all of the local places to shop or dine. We ended up coming back to the property to spent most of our time at the pool. The walls that face the pool and hot tub are actually super quite garage doors (not a garage), so when you open, the whole wall opens up. Its super cool. This make it feel bigger and it flows from the backyard into the kitchen. They have good kitchens and bedrooms are big. We had a great time staying here and we will be back.

Good stay

The property worked out great for our family. The home was clean and check in was easy. The property is located in a great spot making a lot of things close and within walking distance in old town. We were anticipating the house opened up between the separate units inside but discovered they are only connected through the exterior, which was not an issue for us. Parking is also a bit limited (one parking spot per unit) if you have more then a few vehicles. There is street parking available but the area was quite busy during our stay and parking fills up fast on the street. Overall the property worked out great for our multiple families and the kids loved it!

Perfect Location for Girls Weekend

My girlfriends and I were lucky enough to reserve this house for an annual trip and the location was PERFECT. We were just a short Uber ride from everywhere we wanted to go in PB and Gaslamp, but ended up not even leaving the house as much as we anticipated because it was so fun! The garage door opening up to the backyard/pool area was perfect, there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone when it came time to get ready, and the house had everything we needed! We had a great time switching between using the kitchen at the front of the property to the back for meals. The neighborhood right around the house was very cute with fun spots to walk to and we enjoyed drinks at the restaurant right next door. Katrina was FANTASTIC, very communicative and we knew every detail we needed to well before check-in. If you are lucky enough to reserve this spot when it is available, definitely do it!!!

Great house/great location/great communication!

We had a group of 8 (4 moms, 4 daughters). The house was great! We had 2 units, (the only thing is the units aren't actually connected-you have to go outside to get to each unit, which worked out great! The units were so cute, very clean, tons of amenities. Old town is amazing and close to everything. We took the transit (10 min ride to downtown). We did rent a car to drive to the beaches, which were all close as well. Katrina was amazing to work with. Very responsive and easy to work with. Went out of her way to help with anything we needed. Staying here made our mom/daughter dance trip the best! I can't even say enough. Thanks for making our stay even better than expected!

Awesome Spot!

This place was great! The kitchen/living room space connected to the yard and pool was ideal for California vacation. We enjoyed using the grill and lawn games. The beds were comfortable and place had clean towels/linens. I would recommend staying here - We booked for a 10-person Bachelorette Party and everyone loved the accommodations.

Great Spot in Old Town

Our group of friends (all adults) rented all three units so that we can have the entire space to ourselves. The location is absolutely great - right in Old Town - and close to so many restaurants, sites, and things to do. The place was really clean and it's setup is very unique. I appreciated how each unit was separated from the others but it was easy to move between any of them. The pool and hot tub were also great features. We didn't do much cooking but used the BBQ the first night (worked great) but found that they could use some better kitchen/cooking tools aand pans. Apart from that, we couldn't have been happier with the space, size, and sleeping accommodations. We did have a lot of us on the internet - which slowed down as a result - but it wasn't that big of a deal. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it exceeded our expectations for size. I would recommend that if you are a big group that you get all three units.

Great pool to lounge in

We had a great stay for a weekend. Our favorite thing was the pool was standup so we could easily relax in it and the kitchen had a garage like door that opened up so we could all spend time together. Parking was hard when old town is busy but we managed. Katrina was extremely responsive and even helped us find a masseuse for our stay.

What a great property to host friends. We spent our time enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, and the kitchen was awesome to gather around to eat after using the BBQ on the property. It's a great location and the house is gorgeous. I would definitely keep this property in mind for coming back to SD.

The house is incredible

The layout of the house was well-designed and created an open concept that would be perfect for any occasion with friends and family. The neighborhood was extremely walkable and there was never a shortage of fresh tortillas! :) It was clear the host had irresponsible guests in the past because there were cameras lined around the entire property which felt too 'big brother' for us to want to stay again. However, the host was very responsive and expectations were outlined to a 'T' so you knew what you signed up for before you got to the property. Overall, great stay!

We loved staying at this location. It was great having everyone in a bed, and a comfortable large bed at that. We loved having the open space from the inside to the outside with the pool. The host provided us with a contact for personal chef, and we had breakfast made for us in the morning. It was perfect and truly elevated our stay.
